Abstract

DC60 เครื่องอัดขึ้นรูปด้วยแรงกดอัดจากด้านบนสำหรับการผลิตภาชนะจากใบไม้ เพื่อทำให้ได้ใบไม้ที่มี รูปทรงเป็นภาชนะรองรับอาหาร เช่น ถ้วย ชาม และจาน เป็นต้น มีโครงสร้างเครื่องทั้งหมดที่ผลิตจากเหล็ก สแตนเลส หรือจากวัสดุอื่นที่มีความแข็งแรง และทนความร้อนได้ดี ในการอัดภาชนะบรรจุอาหารจากใบไม้นี้ ส่วนที่เป็นโครงสร้างที่สำคัญคือ แม่พิมพ์ส่วนบนและแม่พิมพ์ส่วนล่าง แม่พิมพ์ส่วนบนบรรจุถ่านหรือเชื้อเพลิง แข็งที่ร้อนเพื่อใช้ในการให้ความร้อนทำให้ความชื้นในใบไม้ลดลง ซึ่งเมื่อทำการกดแม่พิมพ์ส่วนบนลงไปบน แม่พิมพ์ส่วนล่างที่มีใบไม้วางเรียงอยู่ แม่พิมพ์ที่ร้อนจะไปลดความชื้นในใบไม้ ทำให้ได้ภาชนะจากใบไม้เป็น รูปทรงภาชนะบรรจุอาหารแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งตามที่ได้ออกแบบไว้ จากคุณสมบัติดังกล่าวเครื่องอัดขึ้นรูปภาชนะ จากใบไม้ด้วยแรงกดอัดจากด้านบนนี้จึงเหมาะกับการนำไปใช้งานในครัวเรือนรวมทั้งยังสามารถนำไปใช้ใน สถานที่ที่ไม่มีกระแสไฟฟ้าใช้ได้อีกด้วย เครื่องอัดขึ้นรูปด้วยแรงกดอัดจากด้านบนสำหรับการผลิตภาชนะจากใบไม้ที่ มี รูปทรงเป็นภาชนะรองรับอาหาร เช่น ถ้วย ชาม และจาน เป็นต้น มีโครงสร้างเครื่องทั้งหมดที่ผลิตจากเหล็ก สแตนเลส หรือจากวัสดุอื่นที่มีความแข็งแรง และทนความร้อนได้ดี ในการอัดภาชนะบรรจุอาหารจากใบไม้นี้ ส่วนที่เป็นโครงสร้างที่สำคัญคือ แม่พิมพ์ส่วนบนและแม่พิมพ์ส่วนล่าง แม่พิมพ์ส่วนบนบรรจุถ่านหรือเชื้อเพลิง แข็งที่ร้อนเพื่อใช้ในการให้ความร้อนทำให้ความชื้นในใบไม้ลดลง ซึ่งเมื่อทำการกดแม่พิมพ์ส่วนบนลงไปบน แม่พิมพ์ส่วนล่างที่มีใบไม้วางเรียงอยู่ แม่พิมพ์ที่ร้อนจะไปลดความชื้นในใบไม้ ทำให้ได้ภาชนะจากใบไม้เป็น รูปทรงภาชนะบรรจุอาหารแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งตามที่ได้ออกแบบไว้ จากคุณสมบัติดังกล่าวเครื่องอัดขึ้นรูปภาชนะ จากใบไม้ด้วยแรงกดอัดจากด้านบนนี้จึงเหมาะกับการนำไปใช้ในงานในครัวเรือนรวมทั้งยังสามารถน้ำไปใช้ใน สถานที่ที่ไม่มีกระแสไฟฟ้าใช้ได้อีกด้วยThe DC60 is a top-pressure leaf molding machine for producing food containers such as cups, bowls, and plates. The upper mold is filled with hot charcoal or solid fuel to reduce the moisture content of the leaves. When the upper mold is pressed down onto the lower mold, which contains stacked leaves, the heat reduces the moisture content, resulting in the creation of disposable food containers in the desired shape. Due to these features, this top-pressure leaf molding machine is suitable for household use and can be operated in locations without electricity. The heated material reduces the moisture content in the leaves. When the upper mold is pressed down onto the lower mold containing the arranged leaves, the heat reduces the moisture in the leaves, resulting in the creation of disposable food containers in the desired shape. Because of these properties, this top-pressure leaf molding machine is suitable for household use and can also be used in locations without electricity.

Claims

1. The top-pressure molding machine for the production of leaf containers has the following components: lower mold (1), upper mold (2), lever (3), lever spring (4), C-shaped steel frame (5), mold support base (6), clamp (7), leaf placement slot (8), charcoal filling slot (9), screw and nut assembly (10), and air intake slot (11). It has a special feature: the lower mold (1) consists of clamp (7) and leaf placement slot (8). The clamp (7) is used to lift and place on the mold support base (6), as well as to prevent the lower mold (1) from falling off the mold support base (6). The upper mold (2) consists of charcoal filling slot (9) and screw and nut assembly (10) to secure the upper mold (2) to the section of pipe extending from the C-shaped steel frame (5), keeping the upper mold (2) in alignment with the lower mold (1).
