The core is generally defined as a rectangular shape with a continuous anterior, cleft, and posterior section, aligned longitudinally with the anterior and posterior edges, each extending transversely to the axis. The structure has a pair of side panels, each with an anterior, cleft, and posterior section, extending parallel to the longitudinal axis of the outer edge of the core, and the anterior and posterior edges extending transversely to the longitudinal axis. The cleft area of the side panels is made flexible with a pair of pleated leg sections. Multiple pairs of longitudinal lateral openings are made at the anterior and posterior service areas of the side panels of the structure, respectively. The adjustable strap allows for insertion and removal through the dual front and rear openings, attaching the central strap to the back of the structure and securing the independent end sections. These sections straddle the front of the structure, forming a transversely expanding support beneath the anterior edge of the structure and the anterior edge of the central core plate. In the anterior section of the structure, just below the wearer's lower abdomen, the strap is pulled transversely beneath the anterior edge of the central core plate to stabilize the structure and absorb bodily fluids.

The front pair of openings are spaced longitudinally below the front edge of the core, and a continuous, reusable, adjustable elastic strap band is longitudinally positioned along the central longitudinal area. The independent ends, which can be attached to another section, feature removable straps that connect via dual openings on the front and back. These straps are secured to the central part of the back of the structure and to the independent ends, extending transversely across the front of the structure. This support extends across and under the rear edge of the structure and the front edge of the central core plate, just below the wearer's lower abdomen. The straps are pulled transversely and under the front edge of the central core plate to stabilize the structure and absorb bodily fluids released during use.
