Известны станки дл резки викелей , т. е. различного профил деталей из трубок и шнуров, с подачей материала под нож валками с рычажно-храповым приводом. На станине 1 в подшипниках 2 расположен вал 3, приводимый в движение ременной передачей со шкивами 4, 5 W. 6, из которых шкив 4 вращаетс ремнем от электродвигател , расположенного в нижней части станины. На валу укреплен маховик 7, эксцентрик 8 и кривошип 9 с эксцентрично насаженным на его палец дисковым ножом 10 с односторонней заточкой. Само коромысло свободно качаетс на оси стойки 16, закрепленной на кронштейне 17. Изменение соотношени плеч коромысла производитс винтом 18, который передвигает стойку 16 и св занный с нею сухарь 19 с осью в прорези 20 коромысла. При обратном ходе коромысла шестерн 22 вхолостую проворачиваетс по храповику 25, а нож 10, враща сь, отрезает требуемую заготовку, опирающуюс на упор 29. При следующем обороте вала цикл начинаетс снова, т. е. рейка через храповик 25 движет шестерню 22 и т. д.The work of the machine is as follows.
