Description

Кроме того, кондиционный аннарат представл ет собою стационарную лабораторную установку, которую невозможно неремещать по мере надобности .The existing method for determining the weight of pure wool is comparing the weight of the dirty sample with the weight of the sample washed and dried in conditioning equipment or in drying cabinets to a constant weight determined during the drying process. This method is very time consuming and requires at least 3.5 hours of time, a heat source for heating the air, the fan and electricity. In addition, a conditioned annarate is a stationary laboratory setup that cannot be relocated as needed.

The subject of the invention is a method for determining the percent yield of pure wool and other textile fibers by weighing the washed sample.

The proposed method consists in that the sample of dirty wool after washing is weighed in an aqueous medium and the weight obtained is divided by a factor determined empirically for each type of wool.

The drawing shows the scheme of the grip of the proposed method.

6.The washed wool sample is placed in a gauze bag 1, pre-weighed in water, and tied with a thin cross stitch. Ring 2 is attached to the ends of the thread to be hung on a hook 3 cup 4 weights. Then the bag with the wool sample is immersed in the vessel 5 with boiled water having a temperature of 40-50 °. Removed from the wool of the air that interferes with obtaining correct data, the sample is pressed several times under water with a pestle 6.

To obtain the actual constant weight of dry wool in the sample, it is necessary to divide the weight of wool in an aqueous medium by the factor established empirically by dividing the weight of wool in water by the weight of absolutely dry wool obtained in the usual way on a conditioning apparatus.

The advantages of the described method are that the process of determining a constant dry weight is reduced in time to 8-10 minutes, does not require expensive equipment, the cost of electricity and is easy to implement on each collective farm and state farm.

Subject invention

1. A method for determining the percentage of yield of pure wool and other textile fibers, that is, and with the fact that, with a purposeful acceleration and cheapening of the determination, the wool sample, after washing it, is weighed in boiled water; temperature 40-50 °. with the preliminary removal of air from the submerged sample and the weight obtained is divided by a factor determined empirically for each species or group of wool species. 2. Acceptance of the method according to claim 1, characterized in that the coefficient is determined by dividing the weight of pure wool suspended in water by the weight of absolutely dry wool obtained in the usual way after conditioning apparatus.
