Description

(5) METHOD FOR OBTAINING PHOSPHORIC ACID

Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что согласно способу получени  фосфористой кислоты путем электролиза раствора минеральной кислоты, в качестве раствора минеральной кисло ты используют раствор серной кис- The invention relates to chemical technology, in particular to methods for producing phosphorous acid by electrolysis. A known method for producing phosphorous acid by hydrolysis of phosphorus trichloride is l. The disadvantages of this method are the multistage process, the use of expensive raw materials, the complexity of technological processes. For the preparation of trichloride phosphorus, pure elemental phosphorus and chlorine are used, which requires special precautions and step equipment. The process of hydrolysis of phosphorus trichloride in order to obtain pure phosphorous acid also requires strict adherence to technological parameters. A method of producing phosphorous acid is known by electrolysis of a solution of mineral acid with the addition of hypophosphite. Anode process; oxidation of hypophosphites to phosphites is carried out from a solution of a composition of 1520 g / l of hypophosphite in the presence of hydrohalic acid (50-70 g / l) on a graphite anode C2. The disadvantage of this method is the low current efficiency, which is 63%. The use of expensive hypophosphite as a starting compound, the production of which from elemental phosphorus is associated with considerable difficulties, in particular, the preparation of toxic and self-combustible phosphine as a byproduct. The aim of the invention is to increase the current efficiency and reduce the cost of the process. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of obtaining phosphorous acid by electrolysis of a solution of mineral acid, sulfuric acid solution is used as a solution of mineral acid.
