Предметом изобретени вл етс машина дл непрерывного Зплотнени войлочного полуфабриката, состо ща из вращающегос барабана , обогреваемого изнутри паром, и расположенных над частью его окружности обогреваемых паром валиков , имеюи1их вращательное и возвратно-вращательное движение относительно оси барабана. В машине применено устройство дл смачивани войлочного полуфабриката, выполненное в виде бесконечного полотна , проход щего через резервуар с жидкостью.The subject of the invention is a machine for the continuous sealing of a felt semi-finished product consisting of a rotating drum heated from the inside by steam and located over a part of its circumference of rollers heated by steam, having a rotational and reverse-rotational motion relative to the axis of the drum. The machine uses a device for wetting the felt semi-finished product, made in the form of an endless web passing through a reservoir of liquid.

Предлагаема мащина в сравнении с известными аналогичными машинами того же назначени позвол ет интенсифицировать процесс уплотнени войлочного полуфабриката .The proposed machine in comparison with the known similar machines of the same purpose allows to intensify the process of compaction of the felt semi-finished product.

Особенность машины заключаетс в том, что она снабжена двум барабанами, имеющими, кроме вращательного , возвратно-поступательное движение вдоль их осей, а валики монтированы в звень х цепей, охватывающих барабаны и снабженных на свободных концах грузами.The peculiarity of the machine is that it is equipped with two drums, having, in addition to rotary, reciprocating movement along their axes, and the rollers are mounted in links of chains covering the drums and supplied at free ends with weights.
