20 reservoirs of calcium chloride type with a density of 1.11-1.18 with an increased content of sulphate ions and calcium ions (about 20 g / l). : PRI me R. Under laboratory conditions, the compatibility of the scale inhibitor {ICB-1) with solutions of hydrochloric acid, of particular concentration, was first determined, and then the compatibility of the proposed 30; lagged composition containing the specified scale inhibitor, hydrochloric acid and water, with calcium chloride type formation water, with both low and high degree of mineralization. A study of the compatibility of the inhibitor ISC-1 with hydrochloric acid solutions was carried out as follows. First, we took a portion of HMB-1 in an amount of 0.1 g and 1 g, placed it in a glass and, gradually adding a solution of SALTIC acid from the burette, determined its minimum amount, which is necessary for complete dilution of the inhibitor. The greater the amount of the hydrochloric acid solution, leading to its unreasonably excessive consumption, which is economically non-target. The data obtained during the tests are given in Table 1. In the minimum amounts of hydrochloric acid solutions indicated in Table 1, the ICB-1 inhibitor completely dissolves without sedimentation. This confirms its full compatibility with hydrochloric acid solutions. / The study of the compatibility of the proposed composition with the calcium-calcium type formation water with an elevated calcium content of up to 20 g / l was performed as follows. To this end, 1 g of the inhibitor HIB-1 was dissolved in the appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid solution according to the Table 1% data, and then produced water to 100 ml was added to the resulting mixture. At the same time, the changes occurring in the mixture were visually observed. The data received in the code. these tests are given in table.2. During laboratory tests, the content of free was also determined, i.e. non-precipitated, inhibitor of IBB-1 in the proposed and well-known prototype compositions, to which calcium chloride type with calcium content of 20 g / l was previously added to the formation water. The results of these tests are given in table.3. The data in table 3 show the following. By adding formation water with a high calcium content (20 g / l) to the known composition, about half of the inhibitor contained in it interacts with the formation water into insoluble sediment, as a result of which only the remaining part of the inhibitor retains its inhibitory properties. When adding the same formation water to the proposed composition, the entire amount of the inhibitor contained in it retains its inhibitory capacity, remaining in a dissolved form and not precipitating. On the basis of the data given in Tables 2 and 3, it follows that only the proposed composition has good compatibility with calcium-calcium type formation waters with both low and high degree of mineralization, and at the same time its inhibiting properties increase due to the fact that the interaction of the composition with the potassium chloride type reservoir water does not drop out of the solid precipitate, but remains completely dissolved. The proposed composition can be directly pumped through the well, into the reservoir. Practically, in order to save the well equipment from the corrosive effects of the composition and to exclude the use of a corrosion inhibitor in such a case, it is advisable to mix the proposed composition with any formation or fresh water before injection into the well. So, for the treatment of one well, it is practically necessary to take 6, -1-1 kg. Of inhibitor ISC-1. Then it is dissolved in the prescribed, according to Table 1, minimum amount of hydrochloric acid with a concentration in the range from 13 to 25% and formation or fresh water is added to 100 liters of the mixture. Based on the indicated ratio of these ingredients, such a mixture for processing can be prepared in any desired volumes. The content of the inhibitor ICB-1 within the specified limits provides the maximum protective effect of such a mixture, both in time and in quality. When the inhibitor concentration is less than 0.1%, it is impossible to ensure the durability of the protective effect, as well as to dose the mixture into the well with existing equipment, and if the inhibitor concentration is more than 1 wt. The% inhibitor is adsorbed on the surface of the oil-bearing rock of the bottomhole formation zone, and the rest of it is carried out of the well by the flow of oil.
