The invention relates to packaging equipment and can be used in automatic lines for dispensing liquid products.

A device for stacking bottles in drawers is known, comprising a feed-in hopper, mounted at the exit of it a storage table with supporting plates, located under the petals and lifting mechanism of boxes.

However, the device is unreliable in operation, since it does not contain a mechanism for precise alignment of the bottles in accordance with the drawers.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the operation by reducing the bo bottles.

The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for placing bottles in drawers, containing a conveyor mounted at the exit of it, an accumulation table with support plates, petals located below it and a mechanism for lifting boxes, is provided with separating elements fixed under the accumulation table and a device for moving the petals. The table is spun with the possibility of reciprocating vertical movement.

The device for moving the petals consists of stationary fortified vertical pillars, a horizontal plate mounted on them with openings for the passage of petals, and the container lifting mechanism contains vertical rods for raising the horizontal plate, while the side surfaces of the petals are formed by fins for interaction with the plate .

The device works as follows.

The conveyed 2 bottles 12 enter the accumulation table 1, income up to the stop 13 and stop. In this position, the bottles are located until the empty box 4 approaches along the conveyor 5 to the stop 6, while the centers of the nest 4 are aligned with the centers of the bottles 12. When all the rows of the storage table are filled with bottles 12, the resetter 3 is activated and the bottles are displaced from the base plates and fall into the petals 9.

Further lowering of the bottles 12 is carried out smoothly when the plate 8 is moved upwards.

When using the proposed device due to the smooth lowering of the bottles, the combat of the latter is reduced, which increases the reliability of operation.
