The goal is achieved by the fact that the lacquer composition dd for the production of coatings containing the product of three-component copolymerization of butyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid and water additionally contains copolymer of vinildetate, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid, with a ratio of monomers of 50:40:10, respectively, a solvent and a neutralizing agent n-the following ratio of components, g / l: product. a three-component copolymerization of butyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid (in terms of 100% th, dry residue - 90-210 Copolymer of viniladetate, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid with a monomer ratio of 50: 40: 10 (based on a 100% dry residue) 10-130 Solvent 20-90 Neutralizing substance 2-14 Water Up to 1 liter the quality of the product of copolymerization of butyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid is used. an acrylic emulsion containing 46% by weight of solids, pH not more than vinylendetate copolymer (VA /, butyric acrylate (BA) and acrylic acid VAK-0182) is obtained by copolymerizing the mixture monomers BA, BA, and AK containing the initial monomers with attitude 50:40:10 respectively. As a solvent, using isopropyl or butyl sulphate. Ammonia or triethyls (TEA; VAC-0182 ternary copolymer VAC-0182 is neutralized with ammonia or triethylamine, the solvent is added, and water is added as a neutralizing agent. The solvent and water are added. The resulting solution is mixed with emulsifier BM-12. The ratio of components in a lacquer composition depends on the pH and viscosity of the solution, as well as the hardness of the coated film (.tab. 1}. None of the polymeric components that make up the composition are individually suitable for protecting chromated zinc. When using an emulsion, a brittle, non-elastic coating with poor adhesion is formed; in addition, the acidic environment corrodes chromated zinc. The HAK-0182 ternary copolymer requires a high drying temperature (IGO-IBO C) The properties of the conversion film change dramatically at 80 ° C. The proposed lacquer composition is distinguished by high stability and storage stability, and does not exfoliate for 6–8 months. The properties of films obtained on the surface of chromated zinc from a solution after keeping it for 3 months are not worse than known. The application of a lacquer film on chromed zinc products is carried out after chromating: the surface of the zinc products and washing with a kind of immersion of the products for 15150 s in an aqueous solution of the composition of the dry-substance concentration of 20-30%), Drying is carried out with warm air 20-40. min As a result, an insoluble, transparent, uniform coating is formed, with a thickness of 0.250, 8 mg / cm, depending on the composition of the solution and the mode of treatment. The appearance of the coatings is determined visually. The adhesion of the coatings is checked by a notched method according to a point system (GOST 15140-69 K. The bending of the coating is determined according to GOST 6806-73, the hardness is according to GOST 5233-67. Wear resistance is determined from the weight loss after 200 vol., Rubbing with a micronized sandpaper. From data Table 2 shows that the proposed composition allows to obtain coatings which, in comparison with the known, obtained on the basis of the emulsion, are distinguished by improved physical and mechanical properties and a higher corrosion resistance (2-3 times K). Thus, the proposed varnish gives the ability to protect and, without additional drying and complex equipment, and, consequently, to improve the properties of products from chromated zinc, which have recently had a wide need in various areas of the metalworking industry, such as engineering, instrument engineering, and household appliances. indicators of lacquer composition for coatings intended for the protection of chromate zinc (solvent is isopropyl alcohol, neutralizing substance - T3Aj.
