When dyeing dispersed active dye of cotton-cotton fabric, a dye bath based on vinyl sulfone dye, organic solvent, mainly ethyl alcohol, non-ionic ethoxylated surfactant and carrier of o-dichlorobenzene is used. The disadvantages of this method include the complexity of technologies due to the need to use organic solvents and toxic o-dichlorobenzene, as well as the fact that in a number of cases the necessary lightfastness is not achieved nce color. In addition, the selection of light-resistant vinyl sulfonic dyes does not provide the breadth of the color gamut. Closest to the proposed method of dyeing textile materials from a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers with a mixture of dispersed and active dye, according to KOTqpoMy, a dye composition based on dispersed and active dye, nonionic surfactant, sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, urea is applied to the starting material and water in the following ratio of initial components, g / l: 20-106 Disperse dye 2O-4O Active dye Surface-active 3-5 substance 35-6О Sodium alginate 20-25 Bicarbonate sodium 50-150 Urea Else (before the printed composition additionally contains a thickener in the amount of 7OO kg per kg of printing paste. dried at 13О-135с and thermo-processed at 180-215 ° С 60 with t6. The material painted according to the known method has a high resistance to wet treatments and light (5 and 5-6 points). The degree of fixation of the dye is 73% (for dispersed) and 63% (for active). 4 The complexity of the technological process is due to the need for color, compatibility, and physicochemical characteristics (reactivity, di fusional properties) of two different dyes. The sensitivity of some disperse dyes to alkali. The chi, necessary for fixing the active diluents, as well as the possibility of reaction between the dispersed and active dyes, reduce the efficiency of their use and the possibility of recording the white background when printing fabrics. These drawbacks cause the limited color gamut, the difficulty of achieving uniform color and high consumption of dyes. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process, reduce the consumption of dyes, as well as expand the color gamut of the conservation of high strength properties and equal color. L. The goal is achieved by applying a dye composition based on an active dye, a non-ionic surfactant, sodium alginate, bic bo sodium, urea, and water followed by the method of pulping textile materials from a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers. drying at 130–135 ° C and heat treatment at 190–200 ° C; in the dye composition, water-insoluble azo- or anthraquinone dye containing halogen-alkyl, epoxyalkyl or 2-hlcp-6-di - (- ks | yutyl) -aminotriahinovye groups and imidlively acetamide and ludigol in the following ratio of initial components, g / l: Dye2O-30 Urea100-120 Acetamide50-60 Sodium bicarbonate 20-25 Ludigol1-2 Non-ionic PAV3-5 Sodium alginate 6% 4O 50 WaterOther (up to 1 l) heat treatment is carried out for 1.5-2 minutes.
