Description
The invention relates to hydraulic compositions in the field.
1Known in the gnaw containing portland cement clinker, domain granulated putty, gypsum and mineralization additives 1
However, these additives, despite the intensifying effect, are not used in cement production due to the complexity and cost of the process. Due to the high hygroscopicity of these additives, entering them into fir causes its clumping and, therefore, makes it difficult to grind cement.
1:1 1,88-1,90 2 .The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a living, comprising, wt.%: Portland cement clinker 37.5-66.0; donkey 28.8-57.0; gypsum 3.32-3.62 and, as an intensifying additive, a mixture of dust from dry quenching equipment for coke and sulfo-pumino-silicate product in a ratio of 1: 1 1.88-1.90 2.
Кроме того, сульфоалюмосиликатный проHowever, the growth. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the thrust during compression.

Изобретение позвол ет осуществить перевод цемента М 300 в М 400 без изменени вещественного состава в жущего , что приводит к значительной экономии энергозатрат на его производство .Waste from the production of filler for polymeric electrically insulating mg1, materials is prepared in a known manner. 30 Waste composition is very homogeneous. The oxide content in it is the following, wt.%: SiO. 50-57; 0.5-1.5; CaO 0.5-1.5; T10 the rest. There are about two SI0 molecules per molecule A. The impurity content of metal oxides (, N32.0, Cab, MgO, T i0) is about 40-50 times less by weight than the total content of TlO / j and A. The amount of 50 does not exceed 0.15% (of the total content of the components in the substance). The loss on ignition is 1-2.5%. The amount of soluble glyioem is in the range of 0.5-1%. The main phase of this product is amorphous alumina silicate, c; followed by quenching, allows the meta stable product to be fixed in a highly active form (which cannot be obtained at the same temperature under conditions close to equilibrium. In this connection, amorphous silicate linozem is characterized by the greatest disordering of the structure of the main substance, manifested in the disruption of SiO - A1 (IV) bonds. By this the growth of the outer surface of the grains, and, consequently, the surface of the broken sites of the lattice, which are capable of absorbing cations, makes the additive highly reactive. The use of this powdered product as an additive in grinding does not require additional capital for drying and grinding, as it is characterized by low humidity, not exceeding 2%. The wafer is obtained in the usual way by joint grinding of clinker, slag and gypsum and an intensifying additive in a tube mill or by mixing the finished cement with the additive after the mill. From the data presented in the table, it follows that the introduction of the optimal amount of an intensifying additive in the amount of 3-7% leads to an increase in strength at the age of 28 days. The invention allows for the conversion of cement M 300 to M 400 without changing the material composition into a binder, which leads to significant savings in energy costs for its production.
