(54) nOHUEHb ДЛЯ ОЧИСТКИ ВНУТРЕННЕЙ ПОВЕРХНОСТИ ТРУБОПРОВОДА 1. Изобретение,относитс  кочистке внутренней поверхности трубопроводов и может быть использовано дл  разделен разносортных нефтепродуктов пра их послецовательной перекачке, а также дл  удалени  воды из полости трубопровод а после гидроиспытаний и т.д. Известен поршень дл  очистки внутренней поверхности трубопроводов, содер жащий очистной гибкий кожух, заполненн эластичным пористым материалом J. 1 J . Недостатком известной конструкции  вл етс  отсутствие герметичности кожу ха, что ведет к намоканию материала поршн , потере эластичности. Однако вьшолнение кожуха в виде сплошного покрыти  также не дает значительных преимуществ , так как такой кожух легко повреждаетс  сварочным гратом или остатками строительного мусора. Утолшени же кожуха дл  повышени  его стойкости приводит к чрезмерному ужесточению конструкции, а жесткость конструкции снижает проходимость поршн  через apматуру трубопровода или крутозагнутые угольники. Цель изобретени  - повыщение надежности работы поршн  дл  системы внутренней поверхности трубопровода. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в поршне дл  очистки внутренней поверхности трубопровода, содержащем очистной гибкий кожух заполненный эластичным пористым материалом, поршень имеет, по меньшей мере, один резервньй герметичный гибкий кожух, встроёйный внутрь очистного гибкого кожуха, заполненный эластичным пористым материалом, причем очистной гибкий кожух выполнен герметичным. На чертеже схематически изображен предлагаемый поршень дл  очистки внутренней поверхности трубопровода, общий вид, разрез. Поршень дл  очистки внутренней поверхности трубопровода содеркит очистной гибкий кожух 1, заполненный эластич- Hbtw пористым материалом 2 и резервные герметичные гибкие кожухи 3, заполнен- ные эластичным поршнем-материалом 4. Поршень работает следующим обраэо, Под действием рабочего агента, например , воды, поршень продвигаетс  по I трубопроводу очища  его внутреннюю полость от сварочного грата, рисавчины и других загр знений. При движении поршн  по трубопроводу возможно повреждение очистного гибкого кожу 1. Эластичный пористый материал 2 быстро насыщаетс  водой , тер ет свою эластичность.
