Description
(54) MAGNETIC SOUND CONVERTER
Магнитопровод 1, элемент 2 и обмотка 3 составл ют магнитошумовой преобразователь .The invention relates to the control of non-electrical parameters of materials by electromagnetic methods and can be used for the detection of ferromagnetic materials, such as rolled products, from magnetic noise. A magnetic-noise converter is known, which contains a U-shaped magnet wire and encloses its magnetic reversal and measuring windings Cll. However, for the operation of this converter, an electronic device is needed to stabilize the magnetization reversal mode, which complicates the design of the devices in which this converter is used. The closest to the invention in technical essence is a magnet. a noise converter containing a magnetic core and a winding 2 enclosing it. However, the reliability of the control by a known converter is insufficient, since it is made in the form of a ferromagnetic rod, scanning. the relief of the residual magnetization field of the material, the scanning trajectory of which is not regulated. In addition, this rod is not demagnetized and thus its initial magnetic state is not fixed. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the control. This goal is achieved by the fact that the magnetic-noise converter is equipped with an open ring-shaped non-magnetic element, which, in combination with the magnetic conductor, forms the torus and demagnetizes it around the magnetic conductor. The drawing shows a block diagram of one of the possible devices for non-destructive testing of ferromagnetic materials with the proposed magnetic-noise converter. The circuit contains a magnetic core 1, a nonmagnetic open-ended ring-shaped element 2 forming a torus with a magnetic core, a magnetic circuit 1. skips winding 3 (measuring), and a torus - demagnetizing winding 4, winding 3 is connected to the signal processing unit 5, which outputs information about the control results form / with winding 4 is connected to the AC source 6. The magnetic core 1, the element 2 and the winding 3 constitute a magnetic noise converter.
The Converter operates as follows.
The transducer is placed above the surface of the controlled material 7; at the same time, windings 1 and 4 are fixed with respect to the torus, and the last 1/1 is rotated at a given speed; when the torus rotates in the field of the residual magnetization of the material 7 (pre-magnetized; the magnetic state (domain structure) of magnetowire 1 changes, which leads to magnetic noise in it (the magnetic material is selected taking into account the maximum possible noise level),
Signals from winding 1, proportional to these noises, are received in block 5, where, after appropriate processing, they are converted into information convenient for visual observation or recording on known carriers.
Periodically, the magnetic core 1 passes through a winding 4, excited from an AC source 6, and demagnetized. This provides
1.stable initial magnetic state of the magnetic circuit 1.
7.Simultaneously with the rotation of the torus, a scanning mode is possible by moving the entire transducer relative to the material 7.
