Description
(54) CONNECTING FOR DECOMPOSITION OF METALLURGICAL The invention relates to the preparation of ores and concentrates for fusion and can be used in ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. The known method of preparing the charge for pelletizing using sulphite-alcohol bards (PRS) and an oxidizing agent - chromic compounds as a binder, taken in an amount of 10-2% of the consumption of PRS 1. The disadvantage of this method is its limited use, due to the use of chromium compounds. A known method of producing briquettes using saponified tall oil pitch 2 as a binder solution. The disadvantage of this method is the alkali metal content, which is enlarged in briquettes, due to the saponification of tall pitch with a solution of an alcohol mixture, which is undesirable for blast furnace smelting.
SILT The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a binder for baking ferroalloy blends containing sulfite-alcohol bard with the addition of 28.6-33.3 wt.% Powdered carbamide C 3 7. However, the known binder is characterized by insufficient water resistance and granule strength, which is due to the increased hygroscopicity of sulfite-alcohol bards. In connection with this, sintering of the sintering mixture during the passage of the overwetting zone causes the granules to quickly soak, lose strength, which leads to a decrease in gas permeability (charge and ultimately the "specific productivity of the sintering plant. This goal is achieved by the fact that the binder, including sulfite-alcohol bard with an additive, as a 3.9 additive, contains a talp pitch with the following ratio of ingredients,% i Tapel pec 40 60. -alcoholic bard Else At the consumption of tall pitch in the binder composition below 4O%, the water resistance of briquettes (granules) decreases, and at a rate above 60%, the strength of raw, dried and baked briquettes (granules) decreases, i.e. such expenses (below 40% and more than 60% of the gall pitch is unacceptable. The test is carried out under laboratory conditions during agglomeration and briquetting of the charge. Briquettes are made of a mixture containing cacanar con. About: GWj 1.25, etc. and the pressing pressure of 2OO who / briquette and a constant humidity of 9%. j The binder is a sulfite alcohol bard (PRS) with the addition of powdered carbamide and tall oil pitch (TP). Sul fit-alcohol bard and additives solution. are mixed in water, combined to form aqueous solutions, and the nozzles are fed. With the help of compressed air during the pelletizing of the charge for 1.5-2 minutes. j The research results are presented in Table. 1. T a b I i C a 1 well-known and proposed x on briquettes
