(54) BASHMAK ELEVATOR
The invention relates to lifting vehicles and can be used to provide movement of the cab or the counterweight of the elevator along the rails. The elevator shoe is known, comprising a housing fixed on the cab with a holder, inside which a fastening insert is mounted with a removable liner that interacts with the end and side working surfaces of the guide 1. However, when replacing the liner in this design, it is necessary to disassemble and disassemble the shoe, which requires considerable labor costs . The purpose of the invention is to improve the operating conditions by simplifying the change of liners. To achieve this goal, in the Lower part of the holder there is a protrusion with a hollow groove, in the top there are two through holes, and in the insert-groove, while the fastening element is made in the form of an elastic L-shaped bracket with shanks bent towards each other. placed in the groove of the said protrusion of the holder, and the shanks of the bracket enter into the holes of the holder and the recesses of the liners. FIG. 1 depicts an elevator shoe, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The elevator shoe comprises a housing 1 with a holder 2, in which, by means of an elastic L-shaped bracket 3, a removable liner 5 is installed in the aperture 4 of the protrusion 4. The shanks of the bracket 3 are placed in the holes 6 and recesses 6, made respectively in the holder 2 and the insert 5. The liner 5 has a projection. The liner is replaced as follows. When a new liner shoe is installed, the liner 5 is inserted from below into the holder 2 up to the stop in the projection g and secured in this position with the aid of a bracket 3, the shanks of which enter the notches in the liner 5. When the elevator is working, the horizontal loads from the guide through the liner 5 are transmitted directly to the holder 2. The vertical loads (friction forces of the liner against the guide) are directed upwards and occur when the cabin moves downwards.
