3 - узел I фиг. 4 - узел I фиг. . Fig. 1 The invention relates to a dust collecting technique and can be used to finely clean gases from dust. Basically auth. St. No. 698202 is a filter bag filter element, including two concentrically arranged sleeves of equal diameter, interconnected in a series of longitudinal seams that divide the space between the sleeves into equal compartments, and the filter element is connected to a C 1 3 agitator. The disadvantage of the filter is that the regeneration of the filter element leads to uneven wear of various parts of the filter element, which reduces the efficiency of use. The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency due to the uniform wear of the filtering material la .. This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed element the outer sleeve is made of a material with greater wear resistance than the inner one. FIG. 1 shows a filtering element; in fig. 2, section A-A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 - node I of FIG. 1 in the process of regeneration; in fig. 4 - node I of FIG. 1 in the filtering process. . The filter element 1 is connected to the lower pipe 2 and the upper mount 3 by means of clamps 4. The filter element 1 contains the outer 5 and inner 6 sleeves. The inner sleeve is hermetically sealed behind the press 7. The sleeves are interconnected by longitudinal seams 8 to form compartments 9, into which dusty gas is fed from below. The filter element works as follows. During filtration, the dusty gas flows through the lower nozzle into the compartments 9 between the sleeves 5 and 6, from which, after cleaning, is removed through the upper attachment point and the side surface. The lower end of the outer sleeve is inflated by the pressure differential. In the case of shaking regeneration, the lower portion of the outer sleeve is stretched, and during reverse blowing it partially bends around the nozzle 2. Alternating loads on the inner sleeve are much lower due to the absence of a rigid connection with the nozzle for the gas to exit. Since the gust of any section leads to the failure of the entire filter element, the inner sleeve has excessive strength compared to the outer one, and to reduce it in order. It is appropriate to use filter material with less wear resistance for the inner hose. For example, the inner sleeve of a thermostable fiberglass filtering element worth 0.8rub / m and the outer sleeve of oxalon fiber worth 14 rubles / m while maintaining filtration efficiency have a duration of 7 months, determined by the wear resistance of the outer sleeve. When used for an external glass-fiber hose, the lifetime of the filter element is 0.4 months. The economic effect from the use of non-woven materials for the inner sleeve, costing 3 rubles / m in combination with wear-resistant filter fabrics costing 9 rubles / m is 10.5 rubles. on one filtering element.
