However, in a known heat exchanger, when performing an anticorrosive lining on the inner surfaces of the casing, lid and first tube sheet, access to the welded connections of the outer heat exchange tubes with the first tube sheet is difficult, which leads to great difficulties and unnecessary costs during repair work. The aim of the invention is to improve the maintenance of the apparatus by providing free access to the welds of the external heat exchange tubes with the lining of the first tube sheet during their repair. The goal is achieved by the fact that the first tube grid is made up of two concentric parts, and its lining is connected along its perimeter with the outer concentric part of the grid. The drawing shows the proposed heat exchanger in the section. The heat exchanger includes a vertical lined casing 1, a lid 2, heat-exchange elements located inside the casing consisting of two concentrically arranged pipes 3 and 4. The external pipes 3 are welded to the protective lining 5 of the first piping grid consisting of two concentric parts 6 and 7 connected by studs. The welding of the pipes 3 to the lining 5 is performed through intermediate sleeves 8, on which the pipes rest through the rings 9. Sockets 10-13 are provided for the input and output of working media. The second tube rack 14 is connected to the inner pipes 4 of heat exchange elements. When the device is in operation, one of the working media (aggressive) is introduced through the nozzle 12, passes through the inner shell of the casing and is outputted through the nozzle 11. The second working medium is introduced through the nozzle 10, passes through the inner tubes 4, through the annular space between the inner tubes and the outer tubes 3, through the chamber formed by tube grids 7 and 14, and output through fitting 13. When repairing the welded joints of pipes 3 with the lining of 5 parts 6 and 7 of the tube grids, the flange connection in which the tube is fixed is separated. lattice 14, remove this lattice together with pipes 4, then disconnect the inner part 7 of the first tube lattice from its outer part 6 and thereby create free access to the above-mentioned welded joints. Options for constructive heat exchanger are possible. For example, the second tube plate 14 can be welded to the inner part 7 of the first tube plate, which reduces the number of sealing surfaces in the apparatus. The design of the proposed heat exchanger allows to simplify maintenance and reduce labor costs for equipment repair. Claims Heat exchanger comprising a casing. the cover, the first and second tube sheets, installed parallel to each other at one of the ends of the housing and the surroundings. between the chamber for the coolant, external heat exchanging pipes fixed by open ends in the first tube plate, and plugged ends placed in the housing, internal pipes coaxially placed inside the outer tubes and fixed in the second tube grid, the lining located on the internal surfaces of the shell, mat and the first tube sheet, the sheatzer of the input and output of working media, characterized in that, in order to improve the service of the apparatus by providing access to the downstream connections, The yoke is molded in the form of two concentric parts, and its lining is connected along its perimeter with the outer concentric part of the lattice.
