Description
(B) TAPE TENSION DEVICE
SThe invention relates to band and | yuvalnyh machines and can be. Used in other objects, where devices are used to tension endless belts, belts and other flexible elements that are pulled during operation. A self-tensioning device is known, in which a tensioning roller (Lenix), which bends around a flexible rotating element, is mounted on a movable link-slider or rocker arm, for moving which they are equipped with a power element, for example, a spring, a load, a power pneumatic cylinder, an electromagnet, etc., The movable link has the ability to move both in the direction of tension of the flexible element and in the opposite direction. G1 I Devices like the well-known are widely used in belt grinding machines, since grinding belts when working quickly elongate. However, the elastically mounted rollers in the process of rotation of the grinding leu under the action of disturbing forces (for example, due to gluing tapes into an infinite ring, variable forces arising from running the part on the contact element, pressing the tape to it, etc.) are usually together with the link carrying them, they oscillate, for example they oscillate together with the rocker around its swing axis. The inertia forces of oscillating / common masses of these parts cause corresponding fluctuations in the tension of the sanding belt, which reduces its durability. Since the mass of the oscillating parts of the tensioning device is usually several kilograms, and for the processing of the parts, narrow sanding belts with low tensile strength (several kilograms) are often used, such fluctuations of the tensioning devices often result in sanding belts. In order to eliminate this drawback, the tension roller arm in connection 3939 experiments was carried out with a damper, the weight of the roller and the rocker, the force of compression of the spring that applied the tension, its characteristics, the force of pressing the part to the belt during grinding, the speed of rotation of the tape and t. n., but the rocker with a nat roller still oscillated. The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of jieHTbi by eliminating habits during its stretching. The goal is achieved by the fact that between the movable link carrying the tension roller and the force element moving the movable element, there is a single-acting transmission mechanism, such as a wedge, cam, worm gear, etc., transmitting movements only in the direction from the force element to the rolling link. FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a tension device with a wedge transmission mechanism; in fig. 2 - the same with the worm gear. In a belt grinder, an infinite sanding belt 1 bends around the guide rollers 2 and 3, the contact element which presses it against the workpiece 5, and the tension roller 6, which is simultaneously drive, for which it is attached to the motor shaft (not shown), telling it to move at grinding speed V The axes of rotation of the rollers 2 and 3 are fixed on the base 7, and the tension roller 6 (i.e., the electric motor) on the movable link-yoke 8, which can be rotated on the axis 9 fixed on the base . To rotate the rocker arm 8 on the axis 9 in the direction S of tension of the grinding belt 1, the device is equipped with a power element, for example, a load 10 (a spring, a cylinder, an electromagnet, etc.) can also be used as a power element. In the known devices, the load 10 for is fastened on the shoulder B of the co.romy 8 and during the operation of the machine (rotation of the belt 1) oscillates together with the yoke on axis 9 together with the tension pulsation belt. Between the tensioning roller 6 yoke 8 and the load-bearing element W, there is a single-acting transmission mechanism, which in FIG. 1 shows a wedge 11 mounted with the possibility of vertical movement in the bed guide 12, with which it interacts directly or through the rollers 13. Roller H, mounted rotatably on the rocker arm 8, contacts the wedge. The load 10 is fixed on the upper end of the wedge 11, under the wedge is the power cylinder 15 of the rod 16 which can interact with the lower end of the wedge. which is located tapering downwards. When the machine is running, i.e. when the grinding belt 1 rotates, the wedge 11 under the action of its weight and weight 10 is lowered down to such a position that the moment of force P acting on the roller H of the rocker arm 8 is balanced by the moment of resistance, i.e. the tension of the belt 1. As the the tape roller 6, according to its elongation, rises up along with the rotation of the rocker arm 8 on the axis S, which is effected by the impact on the relic H of the wedge 11 when it is displaced downward by the action of the load 10. 12 received from the condition of jamming of the reverse movement of the rocker arm 8, i.e., under the condition that when the rocker arm is turned in the opposite direction (clockwise), the wedge 11 does not move upward under the force of the pressure of the roller 14 on it, while the arm 8 can automatically rotate in only one direction, but not in the opposite direction. This prevents oscillations of the yoke on the axle 9 when the belt is rotated, which increases its durability when grinding parts. To change the belt 1, its rotation is turned off, and the pressure of the working medium is supplied to the lower cavity of the power cylinder 15, the piston raises wedge 11 with rod 1b up, the yoke 8 under the superior weight of roller 6 rotates on the axis 9 counterclockwise, and the belt 1 weakens. After changing the belt, the pressure of the working medium is fed to the upper part of the cylinder 15, its rod 16 is lowered down, the wedge 1.1 under the action of the load 10 is lowered down until its effect on the roller I stops turning the rocker arm 8 in the direction S, i.e. to tension the tape .1. At the same time, between the lower end of the wedge 11 and the stem 16 of the power cylinder, there remains a gap necessary to move the wedge downward as the sanding belt stretches. S
Кулачок, иг-& рагощий роль клина, может быть установлен не только с возможностью поступательного перемещени , но и вращени .The wedge can be made curvilinear, i.e. in the form of a cam, which is necessary to change the tension of the tape according to a given law depending on its stretching. Cam, & The role of a wedge can be set not only with the possibility of translational movement, but also rotation.
закреплен один конец огибающего его троса (или другого гибкого элемента) 25 21, на втором конце которого закреплен груз 10 (или пружина раст жени , второй конец которой закреплен на станине ).A version of the device provides for the rotation of the rocker arm 8 carrying the tension roller 5, in the direction of the belt 1 from the load 10 and the worm gear (FIG. 2), with the worm gear 17 fixed on the swing axis 9 of the rocker arm 8 and gesturing they are connected, and the worm is to 18 st | 20 flax with the possibility of rotation in the bearings of the bed 19. On the worm ke 18 is fixed pulley 20, on which. One end of the envelope of its cable (or other flexible element) 25 21 is fixed, at the second end of which a weight 10 is fixed (or an extension spring, the second end of which is fixed on the frame).
1.First, before operating the device, load 10 is lowered, rotating through cable 21 and pulley 20 to 18, and through it to worm gear 17 until yoke 8, turning with this wheel in direction S3 S , tension is not up to the desired value tape 1.
При работе устройства вращение коромысла в обратном направлении через черв чную пару 17 и 18 не передаетс ,40When the device is in operation, the rotation of the rocker in the opposite direction is not transmitted through the worm shaft 17 and 18, 40
The rotation of the yoke 8 in the opposite direction (clockwise) when changing the tape is made by rotating the screw 18 in the opposite direction, which is carried out manually by the handwheel 22 on the pulley 20 or a special mechanism (not shown), for example, a gearbox, which is connected via a socket with a screw.
The magnitude of the positive effect (increasing the durability of the belt during grinding) due to the claim / detection of oscillations of the tension roller depends on the design (type-) of the belt, its width, processing modes and other specific conditions
