Description
(Sk) СКВАЖИННЫЙ ФИЛЬТР(Sk) WELL FILTER
The invention relates to the mining industry, and more specifically to the oil and gas industry. Known downhole filter. including a frame of channel elements welded in the longitudinal direction so that their shelves form a support for the layer of wire winding tl. A disadvantage of the known downhole filters is the high labor intensity and manufacturing complexity associated with the large amount of welding work performed on thin-walled parts. The closest technical solution is a well filing comprising a perforated tubular frame, longitudinal support elements with a wire winding 23 wound on them with a definite / 1 st step. However, the known filter has insufficient strength. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the filter. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in a well filter that includes a perforated tubular frame, longitudinal supporting elements with a wire winding wound on them with a certain pitch, the supporting elements are made in the form of a longitudinally corrugated and perforated casing. FIG. 1 shows the working part of the well filter, general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1. The downhole filter includes a perforated tubular frame 1 and a longitudinally corrugated perforated cylindrical shell 2 installed outside the frame 1. The longitudinally corrugated shell 2 and frame 1 are interconnected, for example, by spot welding

A layer of wire winding is wound over the longitudinally corrugated bolus 2 in such a way that gaps are defined between the turns of the wire 5. The wire winding at points 6 of intersection with the tops of the corrugations of the sheath 2 is fixed by soldering or welding.
The filter works as follows.
After installing the filter in the well and putting it into operation, the mixture of oil with mechanical particles carried off the filtering zone of the reservoir enters the outer surface of the wire winding C, clean oil leaks through the gaps 5, then through the perforation of the corrugated shell 2 and the frame 1 enters filter cavity and further along the tubing string to the surface. The solid particles are retained on the outer surface of the wire winding and form a layer of sediment, which further prevents the removal of mechanical particles and the destruction of the near-filter zone of the reservoir.
4The combination of the frame 1, longitudinally, corrugated shell 2 and layer pro4
дающий повышенной несущей способностью по отношению к эксплуатационнымthe volost winding 4 form an integral spatial framework, the region. giving increased bearing capacity in relation to operational
нагрузкам, при этом отпадает необходимость в специальных стержн х, под-, кладываемых под проволочную обмотку .to loads, at the same time there is no need for special rods laid under the wire winding.
The economic effect from the introduction of the proposed invention is about 2 thousand rubles.
