Description
The invention relates to a continuous earth moving machine designed to excavate trenches mainly in frozen soils. The working chains of trench excavators are known, including a traction chain consisting of intermediate and bucket links, to which buckets or scrapers with teeth are attached by means of axles, developing and transporting soil 11. This design determines the need for using two types of links that Not only complicates the manufacture and operation of excavators, but also does not provide equal strength of the pulling chain in terms of breaking strength and strength of joints or scrapes with bucket links. In addition, the soil is pressed into the links of the working chain and freezes; which reduces chain efficiency, performance and reliability of the excavator as a whole. . Also known is the design of the working chain of a trench excavator, where the tracked chain of the tractor 21 is used as a traction. However, such working chains as. and in tractors, from which the track chain and the drive sprocket are borrowed, the unequal strength of the track chain along the breaking force and the bolting with it, the traverse carrying the tooth, is particularly negative, forcing the use of additional (and ineffective) bolt and weld fastening. In addition, in the space between the links of the working chain, the ground is pressed and stones are jammed, which leads to emergency breakdowns when meeting with these obstacles the teeth of the drive sprocket located in the center of the chain. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the excavator as a whole. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the working body of a trench excavator, including a chain made of links of fingers connected to each other, on which there are traverses with primary and conveying elements and drive sprockets, each traverse is equipped with a bracket with a hole in which a finger with a length of more than the width of the link, and protruding ends paipitsa
оснащены втулками, установленными с возможностью зацеплени с ведущими звездочками,equipped with bushings fitted to engage with drive sprockets,

The basis of the design of the working chain is the adopted track chain of the tractor.
Рабоча цепь состоит из правых и левых звеньев 1, втулок 2 и пальцев 3, запрессованных в звень 1, втулок 4, зафиксированных на пальцах 3 посредством шайб 5 и обжимных втулок б .The working chain consists of right and left links 1, bushings 2 and pins 3, pressed into links 1, bushings 4, fixed on fingers 3 by means of washers 5 and crimping sleeves b.
3.The sleeves 4 are mounted on the fingers 3 with a radial clearance, ensuring their rotation. On the cross-arms 7, soil-transporting scrapers 8, interchangeable teeth 9, pockets 10 are installed, in which the teeth 9 are fixed with axes 11. To the bottom plane of the cross-arms 7, a cross-section 12, is welded. in the holes of which, without tension, the fingers enter 3.
16.Traverses 7 bolster sh 13 and nuts 14 are attached to links m 1 only in order to prevent their arbitrary reversal by n & fingers 3. In order to increase the working capacity of the working chain, the side 15 is strengthened on the cross-arms 7, In order to increase the structural strength, the ribs 16 are welded to the cross-bars 7 and the brackets 12.
19.The ends of the working chain are connected by means of the carriage 17 by means of a connecting pin 18 when mounting the working chain on the frame of the excavator. Unlike the fingers 3, which are pressed into the links 1 with pressure on the press, the finger 18 is driven into the links 1 when mounted in the |) study with mending pressure, therefore it is fixed from rotation by the holder 19.
7 .When the excavator is operating, the digging force from the leading sprockets is transmitted to the cross-pieces 7 through the sleeves 4, the fingers 3, the brackets 12, the links 1 and the sleeves 2. The tooth 9 develops the soil, which is transported to the unloading zone by the teeth 9, scrapers 8, side walls 15 and cross-beams 7 .
The digging force presses the crosshead 7 to the link m 1, and the bolts 13 and nuts
3. 14 only prevent arbitrary rotation of the traverse 7 around the fingers 3.
Stones and pieces of soil can not be held on the cylindrical surface of the sleeves 4, therefore the jamming of the drive sprockets and the breakdown of the working body and its drive cannot occur, which increases the efficiency, performance and reliability of the chain working body and the trench
экскаватора в целом.excavator in general.
The press assembly of the traction chain provides it with high wear resistance and durability, and the fastening of the cross-arms 7 to the fingers of the M 3
Наиболее быстроизнашивающа с деталь втулка 4 выполнена сменной.brackets 12 — guaranteed reliability of this critical connection. The possibility of rotation of the sleeves 4 on the fingers 3 provides uniform wear. The sleeve 4 which is most wear-resistant with the component is replaceable.
Повышение работоспособности и предотвращение аварийных поломок, особенно таких дорогих и сложных деталей, как приводной вал, дополнительно увеличит экономическую эффективность изобретени .Improving the efficiency and reliability of the working circuit implies an increase in the productivity of these machines. Improving the operability and preventing accidental failures, especially of such expensive and complicated parts as the drive shaft, will further increase the economic efficiency of the invention.
