Description
(54) ABRASIVE TAPE
1one
The invention relates to the manufacture of an abrasive tool.
1.Known abrasive tape, made on the basis of crepe material, which is fixed to the abrasive 1.
Использование этой ленты позвол ет вести процесс шлифовани со значительно меньшим выделением тепла с возможностью удалени отходов шлифовани .The use of this tape allows the grinding process to be carried out with significantly less heat, with the ability to remove grinding waste.
Создаютс услови дл распр млени основы, рельеф на рабочей поверхности ленты сглаживаетс и эффект от применени таких лент уменьшаетс .However, when such a belt is tensioned onto working cylinders or when it is pressed against the surface to be machined with contact elements, the protrusions of the creped base are deformed. Conditions are created to straighten the substrate, the relief on the working surface of the tape is smoothed and the effect of using such tapes is reduced.
The purpose of the invention is to maintain the relief of the working surface of the tape during its operation by tightening the base.
This goal is achieved by the fact that adjacent protrusions of a creped base are additionally connected with reinforcing threads.
5.The drawing shows a tape in the direction of its movement, a longitudinal section. The tape consists of a creped base 1, the adjacent working protrusions 2 of which are additionally connected by reinforcing threads 3. An abrasive layer 5 is fixed on the base using a binder 4.
Example. On the tops of the protrusions of the creped paper base in the direction perpendicular to the protrusions, the cuts are burned with a heated wire. Reinforced nylon threads are laid in the slits. The creped paper substrate with reinforcing threads laid on it is coated with methylol15 polyamide adhesive combined with phenol-formaldehyde resin MPF-1, which is coated with an abrasive layer. The sanding belt is dried at 120 ° C for one hour. An elastic layer consisting of a PFE-2/10 methylol-polyamide resin with a filler is applied on the circulating surface of the abrasive tape and dried at 120 ° C for one hour.
For carrying out comparative tests, two types of sanding belts were made: a belt, where crepe paper was used as the base according to GOST 12769-76 (sanding belts were made in accordance with a known technique); and tape, where crepe paper was used as the base according to GOST 12769-76, but the working protrusions of which are additionally connected with reinforcing threads (sanding belts were made according to the example).
При изготовлении щлифовальных лент примен лось абразивное зерно 14А20Н (ГОСТ 3647-80).The thickness of the elastic layer applied to the reverse surfaces of the grinding belts was the same and equal to the height of the projections of the base. In the manufacture of grinding belts, abrasive grain 14A20H (GOST 3647-80) was used.
8-10%.The determination of the elongation of the grinding belts at break in the longitudinal direction was carried out on samples of 50x200 mm in size according to GOST 3813-72. The determination of the durability of grinding belts and the specific processing capacity was carried out according to the procedure approved by the Ministry of Industry of the Ukrainian SSR 15. 11.79. The surface roughness was determined according to GOST 7016-75 and GOST 15612-78. The tests were carried out on a ShlPS-2 machine with a cutting speed of 25 m / s and a specific pressure of the grinding tape against the surface being treated, 500 Pa. Polished samples from oak with a moisture content of 8-10%.
The table shows the test results.
