The invention of otositsp to metallurgy, in particular, to hydrometallurches, the processing of sulphide iron containing non-ferrous metals.
1.The known method of autoclave oxidative leaching of sulfide polymetallic materials at a temperature above the melting point of sulfur in the presence of surfactants of the class of polysaccharides, for example sulfite liquor in an amount of 0.2-1.5 wt.% To the initial solid C1.
However, extraction of non-ferrous metals during flotation concentrate with further processing of the oxidized pulp does not exceed 92%, the cost of this surfactant is relatively high, which leads to an increase in the process.
Наиболее бликим к изобретению по технической сущности и достигаеMoiviy результату вл етс слособ переработки пирротинового концентрата, включающий окислительное автоклавное выщелачивание сульфидов при температуре вьвае точки плавлени сера в присутствии ПАВ, оссикдение сульфидов цветных метёшлов с последующим фло- Тсщйонным выделением серы и сульфиJ50S so флотоконцентрат С21.The most conspicuous to the invention according to the technical essence and the achieved Moiviy result is the pyrrhotite concentrate processing method, which includes oxidative autoclave leaching of sulphides at the melting point of the melting point sulfur in the presence of surfactant, the dessication of colored metal sulfate sulphides followed by fluorine sulfide;
The disadvantages of this method are the use of scarce and expensive reagents as surfactants, as well as the insufficiently high recovery of non-ferrous metals into a sulfur sulfide concentrate.
Цель изобретени - сокращение стоимости реагентов и повышение извлечени ценных компонентов во флотокойцентрат .The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of reagents and increase the recovery of valuable components in the flotation concentrate.
The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of processing pyrrhotite concentrate, which includes the oxidative autoclave extraction of sulfides at a temperature-ire above the melting point of sulfur in the presence of a surfactant, the precipitation of nonferrous metal sulfides followed by flotation

The flow rate of gas condensate or products of its distillation is 0.5-1.5% of the weight of the initial solid pulp.
In order to increase extraction
1.30 non-ferrous metals in the solution during leaching and improving the quality of the flotation concentrate, gas condensate or products of its distillation are used in a mixture with bitumen in the ratio 4: 115: 1. Gas condensate, products of its distillation and their mixtures with bitumen can be used in the form of an aqueous emulsion with the addition of a foaming agent in the amount of 0.5-5.0 wt.% To the specified surfactant. The addition of a foaming agent increases the stability of the emulsion and prevents its separation. The surfactant given in the form of an aqueous emulsion is evenly distributed in the pulp of the initial pyrodinic concentrate, which means that it can be economically consumed without deteriorating the process performance. Example 1. (By a known method). As a raw material, water pulp of pyrrhotite concentrate of the following composition is used in solid,% Nickel 3.36 Copper 1.1 Iron -51.6 Sulfur 30.0 W: T1.5 Surfactant TsIATIM-208 are added to the pulp Amount 0, 5 wt.% To solid. The mixture is loaded into a 3.0 l autoclave with mechanical agitation and a temperature control system. Leaching of the pyrrhotite concentrate was carried out at 125-130 ° C and a partial pressure of oxygen of 9 atm for 1.5 hours. At the end of the indicated time, the autoclave was cooled and the leaching pulp (pH 1.27) was discharged. A sample is taken for chemical analysis. Then, in the oxidized pulp containing elemental sulfur after leaching, the precipitation of nonferrous metal sulphides is carried out by adding iron powder (Pe етet55) to the pulp in an amount of 1.8 to the stoichiometric one. The precipitation is carried out at 80-90 ° C in an open reactor with mechanical stirring for 1.0 hour. After precipitation, the pH of the pulp is 4.1. Next, it is subjected to flotation, adding a blowing agent T-66 and a collector butyl aeroflot in quantities of 6, 0 and 300 g per ton, respectively, of the original pyrrhotite feedstock. During the flotation process (duration about 40 minutes), water is added to maintain the required level in the flotation machine. The products of flotation (pulp of sulfurous sulfide concentrate and pulp of tailings) are collected separately, subjected to volume, weight measurements and chemical analysis. Based on the results, the process balance is calculated. The results of the experiment are presented in table. one.
