2.The invention relates to the production of polymeric materials, namely to the production of foam rubber used for the manufacture of toys and souvenirs. The known latex composition used for the manufacture of spongy products used in the furniture industry, which is based on natural or synthetics (ical latexes or their mixtures with different; 1 or more additives, such as sulfur, zinc oxides, diphenylguanidine, zinc mercaptobenzothiazole, neozone , sodium silicofluoride and other components 13 The unsuitability of these compositions for the manufacture of toys is explained by their toxicity and the fact that they can cause allergenic effects in children, which is due to their harmful content. Components such as sodium silicofluoride and others. Therefore, toys made from foamed materials must be soft, elastic, non-toxic without a specific smell, and do not cause an allergenic effect on the body. There are 2 known for the manufacture of foam rubber, including Qalitex brand latex, Styptic agent - dibutyl phthalate, blowing agent, dispersion of wood-based agents: sulfur in combination with zinc syu, volcacyms-P-extra-H and phenylguanidine, chloride solution on the basis of chloride nii ponentov, ma.ch: Latex Qualitex 164 Plasticizer-dibutyl phthalate 18, 7 Caustic potash, 0.7 Oleic acid, 2,1 Water, 13.6 Sulfur, 1.7 Zinc oxide, 2.5 Ethylphenyldithiocarbamate, zinc (Vulcite-P-extra-N) 1,9 Diphenylguanidine, 20 Sponge , 06 5% aqueous solution of c) potassium hydroxide 0.85 Water5.1 Vaseline oil 0.09 Water8 Ammonium chloride4.7 Water18.7 The disadvantage of this composition is that its base is formed by natural latex, which is scarce imported raw materials, so for the manufacture of toys, it is desirable to use relatively cheap foam rubber, composites and which are based on domestic synthetic raw materials. The purpose of the invention is to lower the position while maintaining the physical and mechanical properties of foam rubber. The goal is to achieve a composition for the manufacture of ne rubber, including g: atex natural rubber, plasticizer Foaming agent consisting of potassium hydroxide, oleic acid and water dispersion of vulcanizing agents, with 1 DETERMINING of sulfur, zinc oxide, ethylfend dithiocarbamate zinc , diphenylguanidine, 5% aqueous solution of potassium olate, dye and water, and a desired solution, consisting of chlorine ammonium and water, the composition contains valene oil and an additional 65% latex butadiene tirolnogo rubber and gelling solution - 25% aqueous ammonia at the following relations SRI components mae.ch. ; 60% natural rubber latex. To obtain high-quality products and a limited range of 3 and c and n pe This is done in the following way. Examples 1-3. Natural and synthetic latex; Poured into a container and mixed with a plasticizer (liquid paraffin; an added foaming agent (potassium oleate solution) consisting of 5-; One potassium, oleic acid and water. Beat the mixture mechanically for 7-10 minutes until a desired degree of foam is obtained. For example, for: frames of concreted toys, the degree of multiplicity should be 5--6 units, for unzipped toys - 3.5-4.5 e, p., For sors - 3-4 units. Minutes before the end of the trial, a dossgel GST dispersion is vulcanized, and; x X Gengot,. Kot ovyh in X o.dt, Zinc oxide; Vulkazit-1-extra - N Diphenylguanidine 5% solution of potassium oleate Dye 30 seconds before finishing — not adding yellowing; -: feasting: from; : -by slow-acting; wt.h, Ammosh chloride and, L - 6, LI Cor; densat eoda 10-1 / Water a: .1miak 0.55-0.55 Jelinosis ania l; .: ass ;; they spend those who are pre-warmed up to 50i, with this: -: the priest of his own volume — Vse rem, ergur: keeps selected Tc1kig-.1 ozraz to collect scrambled: teyy and ra.z, g; and i v se before the start of gelatinization or subsidence; After the forms are filled with foam, they are closed and the mixture is 15 liters, reduced at 135-10 ° C for 25-40 minutes. The vulcanized from;: gels are subjected to a continuous washing with running water for 15–20 min at 35–40 ° C. In the manufacture of a pile toy in the recipe, kaolin dispersion can be achieved. This is: (it comes with a reduction in the cost of a toy, since kaolin increases the volume of the mass, which leads to an increase in the output of the products. In addition, with out of: 7 skeletons for soft toys, you can add kaolin dispersion and latex crumb, obtained from waste foam production; 1X toys. The compositions of composites are summarized in table ... The toys and souvenirs obtained on the basis of this composition satisfy the general requirements, i.e., they are elastic, light, elastic, r, and feel. products there is no spacial smell, they They are toxic and do not have allergenic effects. The comparative data of the results of measurements of some physicomechanical parameters of the known and proposed compositions for the manufacture of rubber products are given in Table 2.
