Description

Methods are known for decorating glass products with drawings from a so-called Venetian yarn and a "rattle." A predetermined pattern of these threads is manually applied to the manufactured product, which is a time consuming process and great craftsmanship. The method of applying coarse spun yarn on glass products in the form of a muddle reduces the artistic merit of the product.

В процессе дальнейшего раздувани  стекла и изменени  его формы наложенные стеклонити раст гиваютс , образу  рисунки определенного узора, завис шие как от узора примененной ткани или трикотажа из стеклоткани, так и от изменени  формы вырабатываемого издели  в процессе его изготовлени .The proposed method eliminates the noted disadvantage in that a glass multifilament glass thread, glass fabric or knitted fabric made of glass fiber of various weaves and colors are applied to the glass set (jar) when making a glass or ribbon at the beginning of its formation on the boat (onion) which adhere to the Molten Glass and soften. In the process of further inflating the glass and changing its shape, the superimposed glass fibers are stretched to form patterns of a specific pattern, depending on both the pattern of the fabric used or the knit fabric and the change in the shape of the manufactured product during its manufacture.

Subject invention

The method of decorating glass products with patterns from yarns, characterized in that, in order to simplify the process of superimposing patterns and expanding the range of products decorated with glass fiber, on a glass set (jar) when producing high-quality glass, or a tape at the beginning of its formation at the boat (onion) When making flat glass, a multi-filament glass yarn, glass fabric or knitted fiberglass of various weaves is applied, which stick to the molten glass, soften from it and in the process of further development. Aspirated glass is stretched to form patterns of a specific pattern.
