РЕЖУЩИЙ ИНСТРУМЕНТ с иэно.состойкйм многослойным покрытием с чередук димис  сло ми двух компонентов , из которых представл ет собой нитрид или карбид металла IV группы, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повышени  стойкости инструмента при обработке труднообрабатываемых материалов, второй компонент покрыти  представл ет собой нитрид, или борид, или карбид, или силицид металла VI группы , при этом толщина сло  из нитрида или карбида металла IV группы составл ет 0,05-0,5 мкм, а толщина сло  из соединени  металла.
