Description

Предложен способ регенерации растворов сульфит-бисульфита аммони  при а1ммиачном способе очистки промышленных газов от сернистого ангидрида.A method is proposed for the regeneration of ammonium sulfite bisulfite solutions in the aluminum process of purification of industrial gases from sulfur dioxide.

По предлагаемому способу раствор сульфит-бисульфита аммони , вытекающий из абсорбера, где осуществл етс  поглощени  сернистого ангидрида из газов, обрабатываетс  при кип чении раствором сернокислого алюмини . При этом выдел етс  100%-ный сернистый ангидрид и получаетс  щлам, содержащий основную соль АЬОз 50з 2Н20, а в растворе остаетс  сульфит аммони . Сульфит аммони , накапливающийс  в растворе, направл етс  в специальный аппарат на спекание при температуре 350° с золой, с целью получени  АЬОз (8О4)з, необходимого дл  осуществлени  процесса выделени  сернистого ангидрида из поглотительного раствора сульфит-бисульфита аммони . При этом регенерируетс  аммиак, который возвращаетс  в цикл дл  поглощени  сернистого газа.According to the proposed method, a solution of ammonium sulfite bisulfite, flowing from the absorber, where absorption of sulfur dioxide from gases is carried out, is treated at the boil with a solution of aluminum sulfate. This regenerates ammonia, which is recycled to absorb sulfur dioxide.
