Description
BHCMiTa, which leads to a decrease in the performance of the autoclave. Hydrogen pressure affects the quality of bismuth oxychloride powder. At a pressure of less than 0.10 MPa, the resulting bismuth oxychloride precipitate consists mainly of amorphous particles. The use of higher hydrogen pressures (above 20 MPa) is not justified due to the increasing requirements for the strength characteristics of the autoclave. The proposed method provides an increase in the degree of reextraction of the Hb-. muta from the ovarian phase — by 5–10%; obtaining bismuth in the form of a crystalline oxychloride precipitate with a metallic luster, and practically does not require re-extractants. Example. 700 ml of a chloride solution containing g / l: Bi-28.6 HCl-28.4 at a reaction temperature was treated with 600 ml of a 100% tributyl phosphate solution for 3-5 minutes. The resulting phases were separated in a separator funnel. The degree of extraction of sausil 98,4%. After that, 600 ml of the bismuth-containing organic phase were placed in an autoclave and kept at a temperature of 120 ° C for 20 minutes. As a result, 22.75 g of a crystalline powder of bismuth oxychloride with a metallic luster, degree of re-extraction of 92, 4%, was obtained. Example 2: 600 ml of the bismuth-containing organic phase obtained under conditions analogous to Example 1 were kept in an autoclave at 140 ° C and a hydrogen pressure of 20 atm for 15 minutes. As a result, bismuth oxychloride powder was obtained with a yield of 95.6% of the content in the initial organic phase. The table shows experimental data on the effect of hydrochloric acid concentration in the initial aqueous phase, autoclave temperature on the degree of extraction and completeness of bismuth reextraction, and powder properties (Bi ref. 28.6 g / l, autoclave, 15 min treatment).
