Description

(54) METHOD FOR PREPARING A DRILLING SOLUTION AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

The invention relates to the preparation of drilling mud and can be applied in the oil and gas industry when drilling wells, as well as in construction, chemical and other sectors of the national economy.

Successful drilling of wells with minimal economic costs and high drilling rates largely depends on the quality of drilling fluids and on the degree of their dispersion. The forced dispersion of the solid phase of the drilling fluid makes it possible to reduce the consumption of clay materials by increasing the yield of drilling mud from 1 ton of mud powder. Dispersing the solid phase is the process of forcing particles to a colloidal size. Colloidal clay particles are the main component for forming the structure of the drilling fluid. The dispersion of the solid phase in the liquid is accompanied by physicochemical changes that affect the state and properties of both the solid and liquid phases.

Methods are known for preparing a drilling fluid by mixing solid and liquid phases and subsequent

Такие способы позвол ют осуществл ть измельчение твердой и смешивание ее с жидкой фазой с достаточной степенью гомогенизации {i.dispersion of the solid phase with the use of mechanical, mechanohydraulic, hydrodynamic effects. Such methods allow grinding the solid and mixing it with the liquid phase with a sufficient degree of homogenization {i.

2 .There is a known method of preparing a drilling fluid by dispersing a solid phase in water in a multistage disperser 2.

The necessity of diluting the drilling fluid with water according to a known method is due to the fact that when the solid phase is dispersed, the particles and the active surface age rapidly and the water does not flow from the free state to the bound to form hydration shells, which drastically reduces the viscosity of the solution.
