Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to the technology of mounting connections in products of radio and electrical engineering Coy.
Известен способ монтажа накруткой многожильного монтажного провода на контактные штыри, включающий зачистку КОНЦОВ МНОГОЖИЛЬНОГО МОНТаЖНОГО ПРО- 1Q вода, лужение этих зачищенных концов и накрутку на штыревой контакт с натяжением flj·There is a known method of wrap-around a multi-conductor wiring wire on contact pins, including stripping the ends of a MULTI-WIRED INSTALLATION PRO-1Q water, tinning these stripped ends and wrap on a pin contact with a tension flj ·
However, the known method requires an additional tinning operation, which is associated with the use of scarce materials (solder, fluxes), special equipment (settings for tinning, exhaust ventilation, etc.), as well as strict adherence to temperature conditions and dosing of flux 2i and flux. All this complicates the process, reduces the performance and reliability of the installation.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности является способ накрутки мно- 25 гожильного монтажного провода на контактные штыри, включающий операции бандажирования зачищенного конца многожильного монтажного провода, то-/ копроводящим элементом, выполненным , 30 в виде гильзы, и накрутки его на 'контактный штырь f2j.The closest in technical essence is the method of winding a multi-conductor mounting wire onto the contact pins, including the operations of banding the stripped end of the multi-conductor mounting wire with a current / conductive element, made 30 in the form of a sleeve, and wrapping it on the contact pin f2j.
Кроме того при большой разнице диаметров монтажного провода и одеваемой на него гильзы монтажный провод может быть выдернут из гильзы либо в процессе намотки, либо в процессе эксплуатации, что снижает надежность такого соединения .However, the known method does not provide increased productivity, since it is not possible to combine the operations of banding and wrapping. In addition, with a large difference in the diameters of the mounting wire and the sleeve worn on it, the mounting wire can be pulled out of the sleeve either during winding or during operation, which reduces the reliability of such a connection.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of installation and increase productivity.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of winding a stranded mounting wire onto the contact pins, including the operation of banding the stripped end of the stranded wire with a conductive element and wrapping it on the contact pin, the operation of banding the stripped end of the stranded mounting wire is carried out by winding the conductive element in a spiral at the same time as the mounting of the mounting wires to the pin, and a tape is used as a conductive element.
Installation is as follows.
The stripped end of the stranded 5 mounting wire before being wound onto the contact pin is bandaged by spiral winding of a tape of electrically conductive material, for which the tape 10 is held with tension at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the mounting wire, and the stripped end of the stranded mounting wire is wrapped around the tape. Spirally wrapped with a tape of electrically conductive material 15, for example copper, the end of the wire core is a one-piece construction that, when wound onto a pin contact, provides a strong, reliable connection with parameters of 20 meters, as for connections wound with a single-core wire.
25The drawing schematically depicts a method of wrapping a multi-conductor wiring wire on the contact pins. 25
The stranded mounting wire 1 is inserted with the stripped end 2 into the spindle of the wrapping device (not shown). Is loaded into the apparatus for coiling strips 3 of electric conductivity, n Nogo material. Put the device for wrapping the spindle over the contact pin 4. Hold the tapered end with an acute angle to the spindle 3. Turn on the wrapping device and wind the stripped-out stripped end of the multi-core conductor wire 1 onto the contact pin 4. At that, that part of the assembly conductor wires, which with its longitudinal axis 40 is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the contact pin 4 and rotates in an orbit around it when wound, winds a tape 3 of an electrically conductive material in a spiral, not realizing directly the winding process, and the reversed process of winding the tape onto the core of the wire. Moreover, the reversed winding process does not require additional working movements, since it is carried out only due to the working movements of the wrapping. After the process is complete, the wrapping device is removed from the contact pin 4 and the process is repeated for the second connection. The wrapping device should be special, allowing to feed a tape of electrically conductive material into the spindle.
