(54) БУРОВАЯ КОРОНКА(54) DRILLING CROWN
Изобретение относитс к горной промышленности, а именно к инструменту дл бурени шпуров, изготовл емых пайкой с окунанием. Известна бурова коронка, содержаща корпус с конусным пазом, имеющим уступ в нижней части, твердосплавную вставку и па ный шов в верх ней части. Така конструкци позвол ет при изготовлении (сборке коронки фиксировать твердосплавную вставку в коническом пазу и осуществл ть пай ку окунанием. Недостатками известной коронки в л етс невозможность компенсации тер мических напр жений, возникающих при пайке, вследствие разных коэффициентов линейного расширени материалов корпуса коронки и твердосплавной вставки и сложность изготовлени конического паза и конической твердосплавной вставки. Известна бурова коронка, состо ща из корпуса с пазами, твердосплав ных вставок и гладких прокладок из металлической сетки, располагаемьис между стенками пазов в корпусе и вставками дл снижени термических напр жений при пайке 2. Недостатком данной коронки вл етс необходимость обжати тв«рдо- сплавных вставок по периметру пластическим деформированием металла корпуса дли предотвращени вьтадани твердосплавных вставок из корпуса при пайке окунанием. Известна также бурова коронка, включающа корпус с размещенной в нем твердосплавной вставкой и удерживающий вставку элемент, выполненный в виде выступовСз. Недостаток такой коронки - необходимость деформации выступов при обжатии 7 что снижает нгшежность фиксации вставки. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности фиксации вставки перед окунанием во врем пайки. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что удерживгаоший элемент выполнен в виде сетки с гофрированными стенками , рассто ние между KOTOIH IH , чем ширина твердосплавной вставки ..
