The mobility of the cathode plates in the radial direction makes it possible to process parts of various sizes. FIG. 1 shows an electrochemical honing device, a slit; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1. A device for electrochemical honing consists of a body 1, on the basis of which a nut 2 is freely installed with a handle 3. A nut 2 is connected by a threaded connection with a cup 4, which with a tapered surface interacts with the cathode plates 5 and moves them in the radial direction to divert from surface. The cathode plates 5, made longer than the length of the surface to be machined, are rigidly fixed on the current collecting fingers 6 moving in the radial grooves of the carrier disk 7, resulting in movement of the radial direction to the cathode plates 5. The springs 8 press the current-collecting fingers 6 to the current-conducting ring 9, and the cathode plates 5 to the work surface of the part 10. A constant gap between the cathode plates 5 and the work surface of the part 10 is provided with pins 11 mounted on the cathode plates 5. Bearing disk 7 mounted in movable supports 12, ITO allows the rotation of the cathode plates 5, which engage on the side surfaces with the abrasive bars 13 of the honing head. The workpiece 10 is installed through a dielectric pad 14 on the lid of the housing 1 and secured by current-collecting gripper 15. Electric current is supplied to the cathode plates 5 through current-collecting fingers 6, which are connected by means of springs 8 to the current-carrying ring 9. To the surface of the workpiece 10, the electric current is supplied through the collector clamp 15. The supply of electrolyte. from the hydraulic system is carried out through the pipe 16. To protect the device assemblies from the ingress of electrolyte, sealing cuffs 17 and rings 18 and 19 are installed. Insulation of the housing 1 from the electric current is provided by a dielectric gasket 14, a dielectric carrier disk 7, and dielectric elements 20- 24 The device works as follows. When the handle 3 is rotated, the nut rests on the base of the housing 1, with the help of the threaded joint the cup 4 moves along the axis, contacts the conical surface tj with the cathode plates 5, compresses the springs: 8 and removes the cathode plates 5 from the treated surface. This installs the part 10 for processing. The workpiece 10 is mounted on the dielectric gasket 14 and KpbiujKy of housing 1, pressed by the current collecting clamp 15. After installing and fixing the workpiece 10 by turning the handle 3 in the opposite direction and using the threaded connection, the dish 4 returns to the outcome | cathode 5, which under the action of springs 8 move in the radial direction and pressed against the surface to be treated. To ensure the processing process, the abrasive bars 13 of the honing head are lowered and free rotation is sent by hand so as to ensure the engagement of the noj side surfaces with the cathode paddings 5. At the same time, the rotation of the cathode formation 5, which provides rotation of the carrier disk 7 in the movable supports 12. Then connects the system for supplying electric current, and the system for supplying electrolyte. The electric current is applied to the cathode plates 5 through the current collecting fingers 6, which are pressed by means of springs 8 to the conductive ring 9.: The presence of the pins 11, ensuring the constancy of the gap between the cathode plates 5 and the treated surface, at the same time eliminates the possibility Short closing between them. Electric current is supplied to the workpiece 10 through a current-carrying clamp 15. During processing, the abrasive bars 13 of the honing head perform rotational and reciprocating movements. In this case, the cathode plates 5, which are meshed along the side surfaces with the abrasive bars 13, rotate freely from the honing tongue. Due to the uniform interaction of the cathode plates 5 with the surface of the workpiece 10 at a constant m gap, a constant performance of the process of electrochemical dissolution of the metal is achieved. At the end of the treatment, the abrasive bars 13 are removed from the treatment area, the systems for supplying electric current and electrolyte are turned off, and the workpiece 0 is uncoupled. By turning the knob 3 and nut 2, the cathode plate removal unit, made in the form of a guide
конуса, взаимодействует .конусной поверхностью с катодными пластинами 5 и, сжима пружипы 8, отвод т катодные пластины 5 от обрабатываемой поверхности, освобожда деталь 10.the cone interacts with the cone surface with the cathode plates 5 and, compressing the springs 8, retracts the cathode plates 5 from the treated surface, freeing the part 10.
Благодар равномерному взаимодействию катодных пластин с обрабатываемой поверхностью при посто нном зазоре достигаетс равномерный съем металла по всей длине, что обеспечивает посто нную производительность процесса электрохимического растворени металла.Due to the uniform interaction of the cathode plates with the surface to be treated, with a constant gap, a uniform removal of the metal over the entire length is achieved, which ensures a constant performance of the process of electrochemical dissolution of the metal.
