The invention relates to a pump engineering industry and relates to pistons and piston seals, mainly for concrete pumps. Self-sealing pistons are known that contain sealing elements, such as cuffs, mounted on the piston and configured to change their outer diameter depending on the pressure to be transferred. However, such pistons are not designed to operate at low fluid pressure. Closest to the invention, the technical essence is a self-sealing piston of a concrete pump, comprising a seal in the form of an elastic ring, an interacting plunger element and a fixed nozzle t2l. However, the effect of self-sealing in a known piston is achieved only when exposed to the pressure of a fluid from the side of the piston cavity. The work of such a piston and seal is most effective if the hydraulic cylinder operates in the hydraulic engine mode. When operating the hydraulic cylinder as an executive body, for example, in concrete pumps, the self-sealing effect must be ensured continuously during reciprocating piston movement. When the concrete mixture is sucked from the receiving bin of a concrete pump, the pressure of the fluid on the piston from the rod end cavity is zero, the tightness is not ensured and, thus, the volume efficiency of the concrete pump is reduced. The aim of the invention is to increase the durability of the seal and the sealing properties during the suction cycle. This goal is achieved by the fact that the plunger element is made in the form of a spring-loaded annular sleeve mounted on the outer surface of the fixed nozzle with the possibility of axial displacement and deformation of the elastic ring. The drawing shows the piston of the concrete pump, a general view. The self-sealing piston has a housing 1 which is mounted on the rod 2 with quick-release locks 3. At the end of the housing there is a sealing element that is pressed against the housing 1 with a stationary nozzle 5 and fixed by a retaining ring 6. A piston element made in the form of an annular piston 7 is installed on the fixed nozzle 5 with the possibility of axial displacement and pressed against the elastic sealing ring 8 having an internal cavity, with a spring. The annular piston 7. has a rubber seal 10 which, together with the spring 9, provides itself deceleration of the annular piston 7. The piston works as follows. When the concrete mixture is sucked in, i.e. when the piston moves in the direction of increasing the piston cavity of the concrete transport cylinder, the force of friction between the cylinder mirror and the seal 10 brake and the annular piston which deforms the elastic sealing ring 8. The deformation of the ring ensures tightness during suction. When displacing the concrete mixture from the piston cavity of the elastic cylinder, the sealing ring 8 does not work. The tightness in this case is achieved by the interaction of the sealing element 4 with the concrete mix. The proposed design of the self-sealing piston ensures a high tightness during the suction of the concrete mixture, which makes it possible to increase the volumetric PD of the concrete pump. The provision of an elastic sealing ring with an internal core, as well as its periodic running, increase the long-life of the seal. Claims of the invention Self-sealing piston of a concrete pump containing a seal c. an elastic ring, a plunger element interacting with it and a fixed nozzle, characterized in that, in order to increase the durability of the seal and sealing properties during the suction cycle, the plunger element is designed as a spring-loaded annular sleeve mounted on the outer surface of the fixed nozzle with the possibility of axial displacement and deformation of the elastic ring.
