Изобретение относитс к погрузочно-разгрузочным и складским работам преимущественно в шинной промырленности , а именно к способам формирова ни пакета покрышек пневматических шин. Известен способ упаковки пневматических шин, предусматривающий формирование покрышек в пакет, его сжатие по оси покрышек и фиксацию l. Недостатки этого способа следующие: использование большого количества металла, потребного на изготовление металлической ленты, скоб, которые , как правило, после разбора na кета идут в металлолом, использование металлических лент и скоб нере:дко приводит к повреждению самих покрышек ., Целью изобретени вл етс экономи фиксирующего материала и при этом исключение повреждени им покрышек. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что согласно способу упаковки покры шек пневматических шин, предусматривающему формирование покрышек в пакет , его сжатие по оси покрышеки фиксацию, фиксирование пакета покрышек производ т путем ввода в его внутреннюю полость надувного эластичного элемента с последующим заполнением его сжатым воздухом. На фиг.1 изображено устройство, реализующее способ; на фиг.2 - сформированный пакет покрышек пневматических шин. Покрышки 1 пневматических шин помещают между основани ми 2 зажимного приспосрблени 3, например струбцины , сжимают по оси j, и скрепл ют пакет , покрышек 1 путем ввода в его внутреннюю полость 5 надувного эластичного тела 6 с камерным вентилем 7 причем длина этого тела 6 должна быть несколько больше длины пакета покрышек 1 пневматических шин, а предпочтительное сечение надувного эластичного тела 6 либоThe invention relates to loading and unloading and warehousing operations primarily in tire-wetting, and in particular to methods of forming a tire bag for pneumatic tires.
