(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ИЗМЕРЕНИЯ И КОНТРОЛЯ ИЗНОСА ФРИКЦИОННЫХ НАКЛАДОК(54) DEVICE FOR MEASURING AND MONITORING THE WEAR OF FRICTION LAYERS
Изобретение относитс к транспортному машиностроению, в частности, к устройствам дл измерени и контрол износа фрикционных накладок колодочного тормоза. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому техническим решением вл етс устройство дл измерени и контрол износа фрикционных накладок, содержащее датчик линейного износа , электрически св занный с контрольным прибором 1. Однако это устройство характеризуетс относительной сложностью, котора усугубл етс тем, что один из элементов электрической цепи вращаетс (барабан колеса), а также недостаточной точностью измерени толщины накладки в св зи с нестабильностью величины переходного сопротивлени между материалом вставки И тормозным барабаном, что не позвол ет с достаточной точностью определить ресурс накладки . Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции и повышение точности измерени износа фрикционной накладки. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что датчик выполнен в виде пластинки из фольги или полупроводникового материала, котора закреплена на колодке тормоза в плоскости , параллельной плоскости фрикционной накладки, а электрическа цепь замыкаетс на концах датчика. На фиг. 1 изображен первый вариант выполнени предлагаемого устройства; на фиг. 2 - второй вариант выполнени устройства . В первом варианте выполнени (фиг. 1) датчик в виде пластинки 1 закреплен во фрикционной накладке 2 в плоскости ее нормального сечени . Накладка 2 закреплена на тормозной колодке 3. Электрическа цепь замыкаетс на концах датчика 1 и включает измерительный прибор 4 и источник стабилизированного напр жени 5. Дл замыкани и размыкани цепи служит выключатель 6. На фиг. 2 показан второй вариант размещени датчика, когда датчик 1 закреплен на тормозной колодке 3 отдельно от фрикционной накладки 2.The invention relates to a transport engineering, in particular, to devices for measuring and monitoring the wear of shoe friction linings. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and improve the accuracy of measuring the wear of the friction lining. The goal is achieved by the fact that the sensor is made in the form of a plate of foil or semiconductor material, which is attached to the brake shoe in a plane parallel to the plane of the friction lining, and the electrical circuit is closed at the ends of the sensor. FIG. 1 shows the first embodiment of the proposed device; in fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the device. In the first embodiment (Fig. 1), the sensor in the form of a plate 1 is fixed in the friction lining 2 in the plane of its normal cross section. Pad 2 is attached to brake pad 3. The electrical circuit closes at the ends of sensor 1 and turns on measuring device 4 and a source of stabilized voltage 5. Switch 6 serves to close and open the circuit. In FIG. 2 shows a second arrangement of the sensor when the sensor 1 is attached to the brake pad 3 separately from the friction lining 2.
