(5) ARTIFICIAL VALVE OF THE HEART
The invention relates to a medical technique, namely, to prostheses of the opvia of the hematopoietic system. The artificial heart valve is known, which contains a housing, a locking element in the form of a ball and its stroke limiters. However, the known artificial valve does not allow to imitate a given valve insufficiency, which makes it difficult for the organism to adapt to the new state in the postoperative period. The circuit of the invention is an imitation of a predetermined valve insufficiency. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an artificial heart valve containing a body, a locking element in the form of a ball and its stroke limiters, the body is provided with notches at the point of contact with the ball, and the limiters are connected to the body at the points where the notches are made limiters. FIG. 1 shows an artificial heart valve, front view; in FIG. 2 the same, vcd from above; FIG. 3 is the same, side view} in FIG. k is section A-A in FIG. 1. The artificial valve comprises a housing 1, provided with recesses 2, a locking element in the form of a ball 3 and limiters k of the stroke of the locking element in the form of narrow concave struts. The notches 2 are located at the point of contact with the ball 3, and the stops t are connected to the body at the places of execution. container 2, the shape of the profile which coincides with the shape of the profile of the cross section of the limiters. The valve operates as follows. Under the action of the direct blood flow, the ball 3 is pressed against the body-1, not completely blocking the hole in the latter, as part of the blood continues to drop back on the valve:
