Abstract

The heat treatment system for granular material has a drum with a circumferentially arranged tubes for accommodating the material. Hollow shafts are arranged coaxially with the drum and the tubes and the system is driven by gravity. The hollow shafts connect the tubes with a source for gaseous treatment fluids. This planetary cooler ensures max. removal of chlorine compounds from the granular material by heat treatment. A section 11) of each hollow shaft (7) projects directly into the associated tube (3). The shaft has nozzles (12) directed towards the granular material within the tube (3). The shaft (7) can be made from several sections. The parts which connect the shaft (7) sections is situated outside the tube (3).

Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  обессоливани  и последующего охлаж дени  клинкера, получаемого по низкотем пературной технологии в присутствии солевого расплава хлористого кальци . Известен рекуператорный холодильник вращающейс  печи дл  охлаждени  сыпучего материала, преимущественно цементного клинкера, содержащий размещенные вокруг корпуса печи барабаны, соединенные с ее рабочим пространством посредством загрузочных патрубков lj. Недостатком известного холодильника  вл етс  невозможность осуществить обессоливание клинкера, полученного по низкотемпературной солевой технологии, без резкого ухудщени  его эксплуатационных качеств, так как св занное с процессом обессоливани  повышение температуры гфиведет к преждевременному износу устройства. Цель изобретени  - обеспечение процесса обессоливани  клинкера. Указанна цель достигаетс  тем, что .рекуператорный холодильник ащающейс  печи дл  охлаждени  цементного клинкера , содержащий размещенные вокруг корпуса печи, барабаны, соединенные с ней посредством загрузочных патрубков, снабжен установленными во входной части барабанов по их центру гсрелками, выполненными с возможностью поворота от гравитационного привода, причем длина горелок равна 2О - 6О% длины барабанов . На чертеже показан рекуп аторный холодильник, продольное сечение. Рекуператорный холодильник состоит из размещенных вокруг корпуса вращающейс  печи 1, б абанов 2, соединенных с ее рабочим пространством посредством загрузочных патрубков 3, во входной части 4 барабанов 2 установлены горелки 5 с гравитационными приводами 6.
