Description
I; на фиг. Отбортовки 15 предотвращают ненаправленное движение жидкости в теплообменнике .The invention relates to refrigeration and air conditioning. A rotary film-contact heat exchanger is known, comprising a housing with air nozzles, a rotor dispersed in the housing with sections made in alternating order of spiral tapes with an alphabel and left windings, and supply and discharge pipelines 1. The disadvantage of this heat exchanger is the low intensity of heat and mab exchange, which is caused by the poor supply conditions of the liquid in the heat exchanger and its distribution over the surface of the spiral tapes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the intensity of heat and mass transfer. The goal is achieved by the fact that the body is made along the length of the composite and has parts corresponding to the sections of the rotor, and the last ones through one are provided with cylindrical shells having a diameter together with the corresponding parts of the body, the diameter of the adjacent parts of the body, and covering their end sections, and the pipelines for supplying and discharging liquid are introduced respectively into the first and last section of the rotor along their axis. In addition, spiral tapes and cylindrical shells are provided with end flanging directed to the rotor axis. FIG. I schematically depicts one of the possible embodiments of the heat exchanger in longitudinal section; in fig. 2, section A-A in FIG. I; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 4 — node 1 in FIG. one; in fig. 5 — node II in FIG. 1. A rotary film-contact heat exchanger comprises a housing 1 with air nozzles 2 and 3, a sectional rotor 4 with sections 5 and 6 arranged in a housing made in alternate order of spiral tapes 7 and 8 with right and left windings, and pipelines 9 and 10 liquid inlet and outlet. The housing 1 is made along the length of the component and parts P and 12, corresponding to sections 5 and 6 of the rotor 4, and the latter are equipped with cylindrical shells 13, which have a diameter exceeding the diameter of the adjacent housing parts and covering them the end sections 14, and the pipelines 9 and 10 of the supply and removal of fluid are introduced respectively into the first 5 and the last 6 sections of the rotor along their axis. Spiral ribbons 7 and 8 and cylindrical shells 13 are provided with end flanges 15 directed towards the axis of the rotor 4. In addition, the heat exchanger contains the fan 16, and the housing part 11 can be made conical. The heat exchanger operates as follows. The fan 16 moves air through the heat exchanger, which passes along the surface of the spiral tapes 7 and 8 covered with a liquid layer. Fluid is supplied to the heat exchanger through conduit 9 to section 5 of the rotor 4, made of spiral tape 7, and under the action of centrifugal forces moves to the periphery of this tape and part I of the body drains to the walls. From this part of the body, the liquid gets inside the shell 13 and then in section 6 along the spiral band 8 moves to the center of the rotor. The liquid is then either removed from the heat exchanger through conduit 10 (as shown in FIG. 1), or it enters the next section of the rotor. Flanging 15 prevent the non-directional movement of fluid in the heat exchanger.
