Description

Изобретение относитс к механосборочному производству, в частности к гидравлическим горизонтальным прессам дл напрессовки и распрессо ки изделий. По основному авт.св.№ 368976 изв стен гидравлический горизонтальный пресс дл напрессовки и распрессовки изделий, содержащий соединенные верхней и нижней силовыми т гами не подвижные поперечины, установленную между ними траверсу, перемещаемую по т гам и фиксируемую относительно них упорными клинь ми, смонтированными на траверсе и вход щими в отверсти т г. Однако в крупногабаритных насадочных прессах длина т г достигает 11 м. При этом верхн т га, опираю ща с на поперечины/ прогибаетс под собственным весом, величина прогиба может достигать 10 мм. При прогибе т ги оси расположени клина в траверсе и отверсти т ги не совпадают , что затрудн ет фиксирование траверсы относительно т г при переналадке пресса на другой типоразмер . Цель изобретени - повышение удо ства обслуживани и сокращение врем ни переналадки пресса на другой типоразмер издели за счет совмещени осей отверсти т г и упорных клиньев при любом положении траверсы. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что пресс, содержащий св занные силовыми т ггили неподвижные поперечины , установленную между ними траверсу и упорные клинь , снабжен установленными на т гах каретками, при этом упорные клинь размещены в каретках .
