On the fact that the welded joints of copper, with steel, obtained by mechanized welding under the melted flux with the addition of the well-known ceramic factory 1}, have low values of the welding | -technological properties of the welds, which contributes to the workability of the products. The aim of the invention is to create such a ceramic flux for its use as F1x - an additive to serial melted flux in mechanized welding of copper with steel, which would ensure the formation of welded joints with high values of welding-technological properties. To achieve this goal, the proposed ceramic phytos containing marble, calcium fluoride, sodium fluoride, ferromanganese additionally contains titanium carbide, metallic chromium and potassium chloride in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Marble1O ... 40 Sodium fluoris10;. 30 5 ... 10 Ferromanganese Chromium metal Titanium carbide Potassium chloris 5 ... 10 calcium Calcium fluoride Ceramic flux of ceramic flux providing six flux compositions with the addition to serial melted fluxes when mechanized copper welding varying amounts of marble, sodium fluoride, chromium metal titanium carbide, potassium chloride and romarganese ferrite. Calcium fluoride content in each composition of the ceramic fossa made up an additional up to 100%. Each composition of ceramic flux was prepared by separating from technically pure components, mixed in liquid glass to obtain granules with a size of 0 mm. After proving, the flux was ignited at ZOO-320 ° C, Go. Ceramic flux was added to AH-348 serial fused vitreous phagos in the ratio 1: 5 to 1:10. The welding-technological properties of the metal of the seams obtained with the use of experimental batches of ceramic yusas were evaluated by the number of pores and microcracks per 10 mm of mm, as well as by tensile strength. The presence and number of pores was assessed by radiographs, and the number of microcracks was determined on microsections, above the welded joints. The compositions of experimental batches of ceramic fluxes and some of the welding and technological properties of the weld metal obtained using these fotos are shown in the table. The presence of 5-1O% potassium chloride and 2-5% titanium carbide in a ceramic phaos at the same time made it possible to eliminate the harmful effect of svzdz and bismuth during welding of copper and copper, as evidenced by the welding technological properties. The modifying effect of these additives is enclosed by chemical interaction of them with swivd and bismuth, as a result of which, instead of continuous eutectic interlayers consisting of pure elements of bismuth and svzdzha, new eutectics will appear, the basis of which consists of copper and small intermetallic intercalations. bismuth with potassium and titanium. The introduction of potassium chloride makes it possible to intensify the process of refining molten metal by removing nonmetallic iron from the melt by chemically bonding them into strong compounds that are easily removed from the melt in the form of slag. The joint alloying of the weld metal with titanium carbide and chromium (13-5%) contributes to a more complete deoxidation of the metal, better released gases and slag inclusions dissolved in the liquid metal. This significantly reduces the porosity of the seams, improves the strength properties of welded joints. In addition, chromium and titanium make the weld metal resistant to the formation of hot cracks during welding, thanks to the reduction and disorientation of the weld microstructure. Due to the increase in ferromanganese content in the phytose to 1O%, the flux deoxidation increased and the sulfur bonding process into refractory manganese compounds was intensified, as a result of which the porosity and the number of hot cracks in the weld metal were significantly reduced. The manufacturing techniques of the proposed ceramic flux and its use in mechanized welding of copper with steel does not change in comparison with the known ones.
