Vanaoiy Molybdenum 0.5-1.0 Iron Other, provided that Yu Ssg. In Table I, the chemical compositions of sgaley are coined. In gab. Table 2 shows the results of wear resistance and crack resistance tests. Analysis of the state of armor plates made of known and known steels after galvanizing operation revealed that the plates of known steel wear out much faster than the claimed one, since the work hardening speed is lower than the abrasive wear rate, and the initial hardness is clearly insufficient to resist abrasive effects of the material. The study of the microstructure and solidity of the sample cut from an armored plate made of steel allowed us to confirm the results of laboratory studies of serial films. Thus, the proposed steel is strengthened during deformation much more intensively. At the same time, the hardness increases to 653 HB, and the inclined layer of the working surface reaches 6 mm (known to be 3 mm), which provides for increased durability of the plates under conditions of intense abrasive and hydroabrasive wear in the presence of impact loads. It is known that grinding blocks & necessary for hardening during tilting and the most intensive hardening observed in the early 54 x deformations of known austenitic manganese steels, is accompanied by the most intensive crushing of blocks. In the well-known steel, the first 3% of deformation levels are characterized by rapid grinding blocks, the block crushing process is slowed down and when deformed above 3%, it becomes hardly noticeable. With complex doping using these additional doping additives, as well as by reducing the chromium content to (4-6)% and expanding the manganese limits (5-1)%, the proposed steel acquires a new quality, reaching a critical size and nominal block size due to stable increase the speed of hardening during deformation. Moreover, the accelerated hardening that occurs in the preceding stages of deformation is accompanied by stable and intense crushing of btcats, which is suspended at 45-5% deformation, The hardening itself continues with deformation above 80%. Inspiration In the production of the proposed steel, it provides oi livo4 {high purity on nonmeta / licheski turn on1 m, with high technical properties during casting and heat treatment, as well as significantly hardening parts in the course of operation and increasing the reliability and durability of the equipment as a whole .
