1. Changing the temperature of the lubricant leads to a change in its viscosity, which in turn, allows you to adjust the particles of the lubricant layer in the deformation zone, which determines such important parameters of the rolling process as the surface quality of the strip, the wear and the surface quality of the rolls and the rolling pressure energy when rolling. Figure 1 shows the proposed device, the overall view is, in figure 2 a section aa in figure 1; Fig. 3, section B-B in FIG. The device consists of the upper 1 and lower 2 wedge-shaped inserts, nipples 3 supplying lubricant to the gap gaps between the rollers 4 and the inserts and between the inserts and the strip 5. In the front socks of the inserts there are channels 6, to piping 7 and the throttle 8 controlling the amount of refrigerant passing are connected to one of the inserts attached with clamps E of the refrigerant supply nozzles 10 into the gap between the inserts, piping 11 and the throttle 12 controlling the amount of supply refrigerant are connected to the nozzles. The operation of the device is as follows. Band 5, a passage in the gap between the upper 1 and lower 2 inserts, captures the incoming nipples; 3 lubricant and forces it to the deformation zone. By estimating this and forcing the lubricant into the gap between the rolls k and the standings, the pressure of the hydrostatic pressure is increased, increasing to the entrance to the deformation zone. A coolant is supplied to the channels 6 through the pipeline 7 (1 cools the lubricant supplied to the deformation zone and thereby increases / diminishes its viscosity. Increasing the viscosity of the lubricant leads to an increase in the thickness of the lubricant layer in the deformation zone. The choke 8 can change the amount the coolant circulating in the channels 6 and, consequently, the temperature of the lubricant supplied and its viscosity, which leads to a change in the thickness of the lubricant layer in the deformation zone. In the nozzle 10 through the pipe 11 and the throttle 12 is supplied a refrigerant that is injected into the gap between the upper 1 and lower 2 inserts and lowers the lubricant temperature beyond the edges of the strip 5 to the glass transition temperature of the lubricant. The frozen lubricant layer prevents lubricant from flowing into the lateral gaps between the inserts, thereby providing an opportunity for an adjustable lubricant supply to the deformation zone. to the deformation zone during rolling, including wedge-shaped inserts placed at the entrance to the deformation zone between the rolled strip and the work rolls and forming with them gap gaps, soy Intaglioes with a source of lubrication by means of inlets made in inserts, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of rolling and reduce the energy intensity of the process by adjusting the thickness of the lubricant layer in the deformation zone, the inserts are provided with internal channels connected to the refrigerant circulation system and holes oriented in the direction of the side gaps between the inserts and connected to the source of the refrigerant.
