(5) JAWN LOADER
The invention relates to a jaw loader and can be used in the forest industry. A maxillary loader is known, which contains a self-propelled chassis, on the support frame of which, by means of yokes and rods, an arrow with jaw gripper and hydraulic cylinder of its rotation around the horizontal axis 1 is rotatable in the vertical plane. The drawbacks of the known device are rotation of the boom, there are large forces, while the hinged attachment of the maxillary grip to the boom, and as a result, the presence of a complex actuator of the rotation of the maxillary grip complicates the design of the maxillary loader, reduce reliability and increase the metal content. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the maxillary loader the rocker arm is pivotally connected to the boom at one end and the hydraulic cylinder rod at the other end, the middle part of the rocker arm being pivotally connected to one of the tie rods, the other end of which is pivotally connected to the supporting arm . Figure 1 shows the jaw loader, side view; in FIG. 2, the same, but the boom is rotated by an angle close to 180 G. The jaw loader consists of a motorized chassis 1, on which a supporting frame 2 is fastened, to which is supported by hinges. 3 and, respectively, the boom 5 and the hydraulic cylinder 6 rotate the boom 5, which are rotatable in the vertical plane. The yoke 7 is connected at one end with the hinge 8 to the swivel boom 5, and at the other end with the hinge E connect
