(5) METHOD FOR OBTAINING A IRON-COATING CODE
A known method for producing iron zinc coatings on steel products involves immersing the product in a zinc melt and subsequent thermal diffusion controlled annealing. This method allows to obtain a coating with a given iron concentration (k-J Mac.i) l. However, its disadvantage is the lack of technological control over the composition of the coating during its application. The closest to the technical essence of the invention is a method for producing a zinc coating, including the electrodeposition of an iron – zinc coating from a chloride melt at a temperature above the melting point of zinc}. The disadvantage of this method is that it does not provide a certain composition on the surface of the product. At zinc deposition temperatures of 30-60 ° C, the zinc layer adjacent to the steel substrate interacts with the steel base to form an iron-zinc alloy, while unreacted zinc remains on the surface. The composition and properties of the coating are not controlled during the process. At the same time, the production of iron-zinc coatings with a given iron content is necessary in a number of cases before applying paint coatings, as well as for plating. The purpose of the invention is to obtain a given composition of the coating and increase its thickness uniformity. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the method involving 392 electrodeposition of zinc from a chloride melt at a temperature above the melting point of cinnamon, after deposition of zinc, the product is held in the same melt. Without current S for the time required greater than the potential of a liquid zinc reference electrode. To obtain a coating with an iron content of k-J masd, after precipitation of zinc from the chloride melt, the time required to achieve a coating potential of 1-5 mV relative to the liquid zinc reference electrode. Zinc is applied to the surface of a steel product by the electrolysis of molten salts containing zinc potential halides depending on temperature, at 20–570 ° C and with DC 0.1, ry, current density and changes (0, A / cm.
