Description
(54) CONSTRUCTION SOLUTION The invention relates to the building materials industry, namely to the production of mortar, and can be used in the performance of masonry and other general construction works. The composition of the mortar is known, including, wt.%: Cement 12-25, sand 63-62, water.- the rest is 1.. The disadvantage of this composition is the sharp difference in the compressive and tensile strength of the solution, as well as the low corrosion resistance in alkaline media. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a solution containing fiberglass waste as a filler with a diameter of 9 11 microns and a length of 1-3 mm in order to increase the mechanical strength of the cement stone 21 However, the known solution has low corrosion resistance and reduced strength as a glass fiber with a diameter of 4-11 microns has an amorphous structure. The aim of the invention is to increase the strength of the mortar and reduce its cost. The goal is achieved by the fact that mortar, including cement, dispersively reinforcing glass fiber and water, as a dispersing glass fiber, contains crushed needle-shaped waste from the production of glass fiber of a crystalline structure with a diameter of 0.5-1 mm in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Cement 15-29.5 Shredded fiberglass wastes with a diameter of 0.5-1.0 mm59-76.5 Water Other Example. To obtain a mortar, compositions are prepared using ground glass of crystalline fiber as a filler. In tab. 1 shows the composition of the mortar.

Samples of series 1 are taken using glass fibers having an amorphous structure 1 with a diameter of 4-10 microns and a length of 23rd. The composition of the mortar is recovered from the condition of the depletion of the hand-held spindle of the connected structure of the mortar and is equal to 4: .. (cement: fiberglass). The connectivity is determined by the cone spread on a standard shaking string, it is ON mm. Samples and series are formed with the use of needle-shaped waste.
