(54) GAS-MAZE BURNER
4,The invention relates to gs trees and can be used in various thermal installations. A gas-oil burner containing an annular gas supply pipe with inclined nozzles and an axial fuel oil nozzle with dispensing nozzles is known. However, burners of this type do not provide high-quality mixture formation and during co-incineration, due to poor distribution of fuel oil gas in the air stream, and also create a long torch. The purpose of the invention is to improve the mixing process and reduce the length of the torch. To achieve this goal, the gas nozzle of the gas burner pipe was tilted at an angle of 30–17 ° to its rapius, and the disintegrating nozzles of the fuel oil nozzle were located at an angle of 45–9 ° to its axis. In FIG. 1 shows a burner, 1Flanar section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - dispensing nozzles of the fuel oil nozzle. Gas-oil burner contains an annular gas supply pipe 1 with angles ЗО-17 ° to its radius nozzles 2 and axial fuel oil nozzle 3 with dispensing nozzles 4 located at an angle of 45-9 O to its axis. The burner operates as follows. Gas is fed through an annular gas supply pipe I and flows out of obliquely arranged nozzles 2 into the air stream. The angle of inclination of the gas nozzles, equal to 30-17, to the radius of the gas -. The gas supply pipe provides gas at an optimal depth of 0.5-O, 7 of the radius of the gas supply pipe, as well as a uniform distribution of gas jets in the transverse air flow. Fuel oil is fed through the fuel oil tank 3 and then through the dispensing nozzle 4,
Подача мазута равномерно расгфеделенными стру ми под углом 45-90 способствует интенсивному перемешиванию, увеличению поверхности соприкосновени с воздухом и уменьшению длины факела.located at an angle of 45-9 ° to its axis, also into the air stream. The supply of fuel oil evenly raspsefelennymi jets at an angle of 45-90 contributes to the intensive mixing, increasing the surface in contact with air and reducing the length of the torch.
