Description

(54) COMPOSITION FOR REMOVAL OF INSULATION FROM WIRES

Claims (2)

Н 02 G 1/12, 1У76. This invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in particular to remove insulation from wires. A known composition for removing insulators from wires is a sodium hydroxide solution that is unheated to 95-130 ° C with the addition of til oxidizing agents. . However, the composition indicated is not sufficiently effective; the process of removing the insulation lasts about an hour. Known composition for. removing the insulation of wires based on hydro ((and sodium nitrate 12. The disadvantage of this composition is the relatively high working temperature and insufficient insulation removal efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to increase the insulation removal efficiency and decrease the operating temperature of the known composition. Goal It is achieved by the fact that the known composition for removing insulation of conduits based on hydroxide and alkali metal nitrate contains potassium hydroxide as alkali metal hydroxide and nitrate as alkali metal hydroxide. a is potassium nitrate, Example 1. Potassium hydroxide is 70 weight. potassium nitrate is 30 Bfec. At an insulation temperature of 0.5 mm thick PEV-2 wire, it is removed in 13 seconds, and PES-2 thick cable 0.6 mm also in 13 seconds. PRI mme R 2. Potassium hydroxide is 7 weight., Potassium nitrate is 26 weight. At insulation temperature of 335 ° C, insulation from the PEV-2 wire with a thickness of 0.55 mm is removed in 11 seconds. With a PES-2 wire with a thickness of 0.6 mm, also in 11 seconds. After removing the enamel insulation, the surface of the wires is free from oxides and reaction products and is easily tinned. It should be noted that the isolation time in the potassium system at the same temperature is approximately 2 times less than in 39 sodium. At the same isolation time, the working temperature in the potassium system can be reduced by the amount up to compared with the working temperature of the sodium system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A composition for removing insulation from wires based on an alkali metal hydroxide and nitrate, in order to reduce the operating temperature and increase the removal efficiency of insulation, as a hydroxide and alkali metal nitrate potassium hydroxide and potassium nitrate in the following ratio of components, wt .: Potassium hydroxide 70-7 Potassium nitrate 26-30 Sources of information taken note of during examination 1, USSR Author's Certificate No. 535643, cl.
