On parts contaminated with oil and fuel and in contact with the combustion zone, difficult to remove, during operation, under the action of high temperatures. soot deposit A known paint remover composition containing ethylene glycol ethyl ethoxylate ether, caustic soda, secondary alkyl sulfate, and water 1. The disadvantage of this composition is that it does not remove all types of paint coatings and is not designed to remove scum. In addition, the composition is exfoliated with the resinification of the starting products. Known detergent composition for cleaning a metal surface containing trichlorethylene, the mixture of sodium salts of alkylarylsulfonic acids, methylene chloride, disodium salt monoesters of sulfosuccinic acid and water 2. disadvantage dannyy composition is the presence in its composition of volatile and toxic), chlorinated hydrocarbons (methylene chloride. Trichlorethylene) . The maximum allowable concentration (TFSS) in the air of the working area for trichlorethylene is 10 mg / m, for methylene chloride 50 mg / m The known washing liquid containing soda ash, liquid glass, alkylarylsulfonates, coal creolin and water 3. However, this liquid contains In its composition is highly toxic, with an unpleasant odor solvent-creolin, whose MPC is 0.5 mg / m. Also known is a detergent composition dp for cleaning a metal surface on a water basis, containing, in wt.%: soda ash 40-28; sodium metasilicate 27-37, sodium tripolyphosphate 27-23, polyethylene glycol ethers of higher fatty alcohols with 10-20 carbon atoms 6-1-2 4. The disadvantage of this composition is the low detergency with respect to the washing of asphalt-resinous carbon deposits and corrosive aggressiveness to construction materials. In addition, this composition does not remove old paint coatings from the surface to be cleaned. The purpose of the invention is to improve the cleaning effect when cleaning from asphalt-resinous soot. The goal is achieved by the fact that detergent containing metasilicate on a ri and a surfactant, as a surfactant, contains potassium phosphate of polyethylene glycol ether of fatty alcohols and additionally contains carbon black, sodium sulfate and benzyl alcohol or tributyl phosphate or their mixture in a weight ratio of 1: 1 in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Potassium phosphate of poly (ethylene glycol) ether of fatty 0.5-6.5 alcohols Benzyl alcohol or tributyl phosphate or their mixture in weights with respect to 2 -30 2 -30 Bela soot 0.5 -6.5 Sodium sulfate Up to 100 Sodium metasilicate, in order to impart a means of flowability, it is desirable to use white carbon and benzyl alcohol or tributyl phosphate or their mixture in a weight ratio of from 1: 1 to 9: 1 . White soot is introduced to increase the detergent and, as a filler to obtain it in a Ponge-like Bela soot, mixed with an organic solvent, absorbs it and forms a homogeneous granular mixture. Moreover, white soot does not only impair the cleaning ability of the tool, but can also help to remove the old film of paintwork and asphalt-resinous on the surface of the surface due to the abrasive effect of water-insoluble particles of silicon oxide on the washed soil. The weight ratio between the organic solvent and the adsorbent — white soot — was found to obtain a detergent in the form of an oily stable powder. The results of the study of the ratio between organic solvent and white soot are given in Table. 1. Table 1 From the data table. 1, it follows that the weight ratio between white soot and organic solvent should be from 1: 1 to 9: 1, respectively, in order for the monolith to become a stable, free-flowing powder. Surfactant potassium phosphate ester of polyethylene glycol ether of fatty alcohols (oxyphos) -O tiH, o) J: RF riio (tiH2tiHzO) g, l 2 OK where ROH is the hydrocarbon radical of fraction Cg-. possesses a large emulsifying ability, which ensures a strong retention of washed contaminants in the washing solution, eliminates the repeated contamination of parts, and also activates the cleaning action of the solution. Detergent with oxyphosis has properties to inhibit the surface being cleaned from corrosion. The organic solvent — tributylphosphate, benzyl alcohol, or their mixture in a 1: 1 weight ratio, has a good solution: it is suitable for paint coatings and asphalt-resinous carbon-dispersed. Sodium sulfate is introduced into the detergent as a filler and electrolyte, which increases the washing ability. The technology of preparation of the detergent consists in mechanically mixing white carbon black with an organic solvent at 20–30 ° C and in further mixing the mixed granular mixture with the remaining initial components. The agent is recommended to be used in the form of 10% aqueous solutions at 70–90 s. Comparative tests were performed with MoYo and known detergents. Tests subjected to the compositions given in table. 2. The cleaning ability (OS) is quantitatively determined by the difference in weights of the steel plates cleaned in the compared solutions before and after washing, and calculated according to the form of the IIPol .. 100, RNOC-PKOH, where X is the weight of Tshastin before washing, g; „, ..- weight of the plate after washing, g; R ,. - the weight of the plate, completely washed, paint coating cone, g. The weight of the plate is determined after pre-drying at SOC to constant weight.
