O) 1 The invention relates to a dust preparation means, in particular, intended for boiler units of thermal power plants. The closest to the technical essence of the present invention is a jet mill, comprising a stationary body, complete in the form of a horizontal pipe, having a spherical surface at the ends, a shock plate located coaxially with the vertical axis of the body, nozzles located on the inner surface of the loading pipe and under the slab, a hollow reflector mounted coaxially to the loading nozzle, which is installed coaxially with the t1l impact plate. The disadvantage of this mill is the low efficiency of the process of grinding the material. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the material grinding process. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a jet mill containing a stationary body, executed in the form of a horizontal tube, having a spherical surface at the ends, the impact plate is aligned coaxially with the vertical axis of the body, the nozzles located on the inner surface of the loading tube and under the plate are hollow a reflector mounted coaxially to the loading nozzle, which is located coaxially with the impact plate, the lateral surface of the reflector is not parabolic in shape, and the shock plate is in the form of a rhombus, one of the vertices of which is directed towards the loading nozzle. 0 The drawing shows a jet core, a general view. The jet mill contains a non-movable body 1, made in the form of a horizontal pipe, having a spherical surface at the ends, a shock plate 2 located coaxially with the vertical axis of the body, made in the form of a rhombus, one of the peaks of which is directed toward the loading nozzle 3, nozzle 4, located on the inner surface of the loading pipe, nozzles 5, mounted under the impact plate 2, a hollow reflector 6, made of a parabolic shape, mounted coaxially to the loading pipe and unloading full-time pipes 7. The jet mill works as follows. The material to be crushed comes from the loading nozzle 3, where it is accelerated by jets of air coming out of the nozzles 4, is preliminarily crushed into segments 8 located in the loading nozzle and then crushed into a diamond shaped slab 2, rolls along inclined the planes of the plate 2 into the chamber 1, where due to the air jets coming out of the nozzles 5 located under the shock plate, creates a swirling flow moving with great speed along the inner surface of the housing 1 to the parabolic reflector 6, thus causing collision of particles between themselves. The crushed material is discharged through the discharge nozzles 7. The use of the proposed jet mill makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the material grinding process.
