Изобретение относитс к птицеперерабатывающей промышленности, в час ности к устройствам дл резки тушек домашней птицы на полутушки при массовой переработке птицы. Известно устройство дл резки тушек птицы на полутушки, содержащее вертикально расположенный режущий механизм, средство подачи тушек к ре жущему механизму и механизм фиксации .СП. Устройство работает циклами:насаж вание тушки на стержень - резание выключение механизма резани - повто рение цикла. Конструкци такого устройства не обеспечивает непрерывную подачу тушки к механизму резани , так как работает циклично, и не исключает во можность травмировани обслуучи вающего персонала, работакхиего непосредственно у механизма резани . Цель изобретени - повышение производительности устройства путем обеспечени непрерывности процесса. Зто достигаетс тем, что в предлагаемом устройстве, содержащем вертикально расположенный режущий механизм , средство подачи тушек к режущему механизму и механизм фиксации, средство подачи тушек состоит из цепного конвейера с двум ветв ми цепей, несущими захваты дл ножек птицы, и расположенного между ветв ми желоба , при этом режущий механизм расположен между ветв ми конвейера, желоб имеет прорезь дл прохода этого механизма , а механизм фиксации выполнен в виде шарнирно укрепленных на раме конвейера продольных прижимов. При этом захваты выполнены в виде V-образных пластин. This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed device, comprising a vertically positioned cutting mechanism, means for feeding carcasses to the cutting mechanism and a locking mechanism, the means for feeding carcasses consists of a chain conveyor with two branches of chains that carry grippers for bird legs, and located between the branches of the chute The cutting mechanism is located between the branches of the conveyor, the chute has a slot for the passage of this mechanism, and the fixation mechanism is made in the form of longitudinal clamps hinged on the conveyor frame.
