19 The invention relates to the field of drilling fluid cleaning in the drilling of oil and gas wells. It can be used in the construction, chemical and other industries. A centrifugal screen comprising a jet screen made in the form of a rotor having the shape of a truncated cone is known. The rotor is driven by an electric motor. The supply of the initial solution to the working surface of the sieve is carried out with the aid of the G 1 screw. A significant disadvantage of the known device is the low efficiency of cleaning the solution. The aim of the invention is to increase the intensity and quality of the cleaning solution. The goal is achieved in that the device includes a conical sieve equipped with paddles. In addition, the conical sieve is connected to the negative pole and the bottom to the positive pole of the DC source. The drawing shows a device diagram. It consists of a tank 1 of the crude solution with a bottom 2, a screw 3 installed in a vertical pipe cone sieve 5, mounted on the lower end of the screw shaft. The sieve is turned to the bottom of the tank with a base and is provided with paddles 6 on the inside. It separates the pipe and the auger coils (area of the purified solution) from the tank. The auger with a sieve is rotated about the motor 7. To prevent the slammed solution from getting into the pipe, a ring 8 of fine rubber attached to the sieve is installed at its lower conical end. Cone sieve 5 is connected to the negative pole, and the bottom is connected with the 2nd positive pole of the DC source 9. The device operates as follows. Along the chute 10, the sludge solution enters the tank 1. When the sieve and the screw rotates, the solution is caught by the paddles 6, accelerates and is thrown to the sieve cone 5. The solution with fine particles passes through the sieve cells, and the sludge particles run to the periphery on the cone surface and the bottom of the tank. The cleaned solution is removed from the pipe by turns of the screw and guided along chute 11 for further processing. The turns of the screw create an additional pressure drop of the solution before and after the sieve, thereby increasing the cleaning intensity. Due to the rotation of the screen and the blades, there is an intensive separation of the sludge from the solution. At the same time, the grid is not clogged with particles of the sludge, since the solution is circulated not perpendicularly to the grid, but at an angle to it. In addition, the negative particles of the solid phase of the solution are repelled from the negatively charged grid and move to a positively charged bottom. Electrical treatment of the solution as it passes through the grid promotes an increase in the pH of the solution, which allows it to be freed from its subsequent treatment with chemical reagents. By changing the parameters of the current, you can adjust the pH of the solution within the specified limits. When the sludge accumulates in the tank, it is removed through the bottom 2. The introduction of the device in the industry will significantly improve the technical and economic indicators of drilling by improving the quality of cleaning the solution, eliminating the processing of the solution with some chemicals, and saving materials.
